    The few of the staff in Noor is very rude and arrogant including the owner named shaheen. I went to bought some stuff and they refuse to give me because I can't pay by cash. I only got card with me. They said they can't accept cards under £5 but I did purchase many things under £5 in Noor. If you always worry about the bank charge of 50p by card then close your shop and go home. It's ridiculous you are running this kind of shop and can't accept cards. Besides that teach yourself and staff some manners. If you get into England, you need to change your attitude and show some respect.

    Absolutely disgusting customer service the owner refused to give a refund when his worker overcharged me and said that is not my problem that's between you and him and when I started to disagree with him he started to raise his voice and get angry and said your trying to loosen my screw. Maybe he should have tightened is screw before opening the shop. Disgusting customer service they are thieves.

    Rude Person on till with the beard (Who is the owner, but pretends to be an employee) . Paid council tax bill and when I come home notice they have inputted £10 less. Went back to them and rather than checking tills to see if there is £10 extra starts getting aggressive.
