My wife visited on Tuesday 2nd September approx 19.10, i dropped her off and waited for her. She has a bad shoulder and one of the young lads saw her struggling and helped her take 6 bottles of water (2 litre bottles) to the till, scanned them, then took them to our car. Then they let themselves down by selling me something 3 days past it's best before date and charging me full price!!! It was very much appreciated and he deserves a massive pat on the back. You don't often see that with young lads. Thanks again.

Good little Asda. Went here whilst staying at centre parcs. Had all the feel good foods my family like to eat and that we couldn’t buy at the parc.

Today my husband popped in to store in search of a particular item we had forgot to bring on holiday for our son. Although the store didn't stock the item a lovely lady called Louise pointed us in the right direction and saved my husband valuable time and stress. It so incredibly refreshing to have staff be so friendly and helpful. Thank you again Louise you are an angel.

Easy parking, fine for a fairly quick convenience shop also do hot food, and not bad beer and wine/spirit selection ideally could be a tad bigger but can't grumble.

Having cancer and also being disabled I needed to use the bathroom urgently. I was told in no uncertain terms that the public cannot use their toilets and to go to either Tesco or to the public conveniences behind the Post office some distance away. This is very poor customer service from a major retailer. David

Always get excellent service, whether self service or otherwise, carry on doing a great job, never mind some miserable people.

My local ASDA store in New Ollerton, Nottinghamshire, is absolutely brilliant! Because of people who's working there. I have experience as average customer and as disabled customer recently. In both situation I have met very helpful and highly professional staff. They are just brilliant. As good friends. Thanks to location (New Ollerton is small town) all shopkeepers are familiar. Even they have to work in these dangerous pandemic times, they all are positive, with smile on they faces. Every time I have been served in friendly, caring manner. They all are ready to help me with packing, reaching some shelves or even clear aisle in process of restocking, to make sure I don't have to drive my mobility aid all around the shop. I don't know about other ASDA stores, but New Ollerton one is my favourite grocery store in our town. Thanks to all ASDA New Ollerton staff!
