    Encounter med a very terse and I felt rude teller a few days ago. She instructed me that it was no longer possible to pay money in at the counter this could only be done at the automated machine! Unless it’s a business account!! I said then I would pay into my business account and then she said ‘ well im not sure we really permit that now unless it’s coins’!! What a joke Lloyds have become - SO NOT CUSTOMER FOCUSSED

    First time in branch today. What a waste of time, Rachel was no help and had zero interest in assisting me (or others too). Why work in customer service if you clearly don’t want to - change of career suggested maybe. Awful first impression of Lloyds Bank Newark

    Tried to call my local bank (Newark on Trent) to arrange a cash isa for my wife. She does not have web banking. Wanted to fix an appointment for today. Got a central number and a computer response with lots of the usual rubbish questions that lasted quite a while. After all that, was told that all lines were busy and they could not take my call. Bank then hung up on my call. Bloody rude never mind poor way to treat a customer. Service appears to be a forgotten concept at the expense of higher profits. Disgusted!

    Opening hours on Google and Bank website are incorrect. Bank closed today at 12:39 when it should be open.
