   Drop off point for Evri but nearly everytime I try to drop off a parcel I am rudely told they are full and not taking anymore. Why be a drop off point if you haven’t the space to store them?!

   This is a shocking Tesco express. The cash machines has been out of order for a week and the Evri collection service is pointless as they can never take any parcels. It’s far too small and overstocked to be able to walk around. Not a great shopping experience for Tesco …

   Normally I don't have bad experience in there because I don't deal with the staff. The store can be chaotic in stocking but that's understandable due to being an express store. This morning I went there as usual to get few things. Because I was in need of cash and the cash machine outside was out of service today, I decided to pay these few things at the till. I asked the oldish lady with grey white hair at the till if they offered cash back. She initially didn't reply to me pretending that she did not hear me! I asked again. Then she promptly and briefly said no. After she scanned my purchase and I settled my payment, all she offered was a cold unwelcomed facial expression, completely opposite customer service you would get at a big store like Tesco. And no thank you or whatsoever that makes me their customer. It is an express store but it doesn't mean we can't use the till. Or does she want to be replaced by the machine? Or is it wrong to ask if they offer cash back? Tesco Express please train your staff including those at the express store with proper customer care and manners!

   Went to send a parcel and buy an item. Colleague was too busy discussing shifts. Rudely carried on with conversation whilst serving. Despite me explaining that I was struggling to type on such a small screen and obviously wearing both hand and wrist supports, no help was given or even an acknowledgement that'd even told her.    Had several bad experiences in this store,recently, its getting bad there now. I bought 2 bags of nuts for Christmas and hardly any out of both nets were edible! Also couldn't buy any sausages as they were all out of date by 4 days! Every packet.i also had a pack of golden vegetables uncle Ben's rice that was 3 months out of date I only bought it 2 weeks ago. Also get short changed regular at this store,always running out of stock and also keeps discontuing products I use regular.

   My grandson went in to buy something for £2.50. On inspection the shop assistant pointed out that one pound coin was actually a euro. This was a genuine mistake and my grandson was very embarrassed. The shop assistant returned the euro but didn't return the £1.50. My grandson was too embarrassed to ask for it. Appalling

   Nice clean store. Good for convenience but it is an express store so has limited choice and can be expensive. Tesco club card does help make some things a little cheaper. Usually queues at the till but does have self checkout for card payment.

   Called in for 8 pints of Cravendale milk on shelf price for 2=£3.50. Because this was all i was buying instantly noticed £4.40 on the till. Apparently without a club card that is the price.'90p' more expensive. Sainsbury's the same milk £3.40 no strings attached. Apparently wife called at another Tesco in Rothwell went in to buy a Ltr bottle of whiskey on the shelf price was £18 at the till without a Tesco card £21. Its a rip off its still dearer with the card than anywhere else. Don't know if you can tell weren't a fan before defiantly won't be shopping at Tesco again now

   Recently just opened as it used to be the one stop. Great little place to stop off at on your way to and from the motorway. Have everything you could possible want at decent prices and often have special deals. Plenty of parking and staff are lovely definitely recommend this place
