Not happy , went to till with an item of shopping and asked for cash back at the same time the man serving acknowledged what I wanted and confirmed how much I wanted . Put my card in paid for my item assuming he did the cash back separately , when I ask he said oh yeah you wanted cash back .well you will have to buy something else to get cash back ... I wasn't happy at all it would have been cheaper for me to get cash from the machine outside that charges But I went in to the co op as I felt safer going in there to get cash back then using the cash machine outside Will not be using the pelsall store again

Very very expensive. Belgian buns are great but only shop there if you are desperate. Good choice of merchandise, lovely staff just prohibitively expensive.

Nice, clean, airy store. Prices are reasonable but would only be used for convenience or top-up shopping. Staff are local people so aware of shopping trends.

There doesn’t seem to be a great deal of staff to hand when it comes to the check out. You do have to queue regardless of the time of day. There is a good selection of produce and you can ordinarily get whatever it is that you’re after.

You ALWAYS have to queue here, 4 tills and they only ever have 1 colleague, 2 at most, for the love of god put in some self service! Also range is often poorly stocked on fresh food.

It's a great shop to grab something in a rush. I'd be highly unlikely to use it late evening. It has a reputation for being robbed. I was present one time when a staff member was wrestling with a shoplifter trying to steal a basket of meat. They occasionally have a security guard but not all the time
