Whoever the man was who just answered the phone has a disgusting attitude. He answered the phone saying “who’s this” I said is this the coop he said “ ye it is but weem shut” the attitude of it. And then he was moaning at me because their driver was late. Not my problem. Happy enough taking my money though. Then he slammed the phone down. Sort your attitude out! And you shouldn’t be in customer service if you don’t know how to speak to people!

I have to say of all the coops I go to this has got to be the worst there is.when there is a queue of people you'll find how many staff serving, usually one.i was in there today just me in the queue,no one serving, one woman behind the till doing something but not serving g and a guy sorting bread two yards away The woman gave a look to the other assistant with a shake of the head to say there's a customer here someone better serve him.this is not a one off, last time I was in there 7 people in the queue one person serving.the staff should remember its customers who pay thier wages at the end of the day.Its not as if they are cheap gotta be the most expensive high street store going, congrats on your Easter egg prices as well, one stop large egg 2 for fiver, coop 6 pounds each or 2 for 8 quid bargain.come on coop have a bit more customer service and stop ripping people off with your prices.

Awesome Co-op store for your essential items. Nearby houses and an easy walk to get too. Would definitely recommend due to its cleanliness and staff friendliness also!

I have been to both the swan island and Morley road stores recently. Whilst I understand They need to shut the shop to restock. Today I was in the queue 25 minutes. It would be helpful if the manager came and said to those in the queue sorry we are closing the store for 're stocking and how long it was likely to take.

Very rude oldish lady with coloured hair/highlights with headset on had no customer experience. I am 21 and went to purchase an energy drink along with a mealdeal. The lady then asked for my ID when very clearly i’m over the age of 16 by 5 years. She was very humiliating and refused to let me buy it when i didn’t carry my ID with me for a soft drink... She then had a smug look on her face as i asked her to cancel my order and i left. Not very impressed to receive this service from any staff let alone on christmas eve. She spoke to me very rudely and sharply. She needs more training in how to talk to customers and when to ID for an energy drink as i’m clearly over 16!

Staff are all absolutely superb! So polite, caring and helpful. My mom is disabled and they always go above and beyond to help her in the shop and even carry things to the car for her. Can't fault the staff here they are excellent!
