Everything was very nice and the staff was very polite and I got my collection order on time will definitely be back.
Sraff are curtous working very hard it seems But you can rebrabd rebrand loaded chips to hopless chips! Something very lightly sprinkled and no taste! Chips are raw, cheese is tasteless! Also observed people making Pizza with bare hands and put them on their hairy arms to move to the next station. Yukkk!
Ordered takeaway and now paying for it twice. I have food positing. I didn’t eat anything else that day. Will not buy from here again. Adding: my son and father too. All ate the pizza. All sick with diarrhoea. A health inspector should visit this place. Disgusting. And now my wife and daughter. i reported you lot to.the food safety team. hopefully an inspector will rock up soon for a visit. my daughter was vomiting and running to the toilet all night.
I placed my order online as expected. I then waited 45 minutes whilst checking the tracker. I then noticed that my pizza was getting further and further away. At which point? I noticed five missed calls from an unknown number. As I searched it on Google, I figured out that it was Domino's pizza. I then called the number back for it to not connect. So I googled the actual telephone number for this branch of Domino's pizza. I called the number and was met with abrupt energy and terrible customer service. I was told that the delivery driver had reached my apartment building and buzzed my flat. However, that was not true. The person on the phone then told me that he could not see flat 25 and could only see flats 23. To which I queried how was he able to ring flat's 25 if he could only see flat's 23's buzzer. It turns out that the delivery driver was not at my building at all. And I was being lied to and gaslit. The person on the phone told me that he would send the delivery driver back to my apartment. I had to wait on the street in order to receive my order because allegedly the driver could not find my building front door even though it is clearly labelled with big letters on the door. Upon receiving my order I then realised that my order was one: incorrect and two: cold. I had to call this branch of Domino's a total of nine times before they picked up the phone. Again. I was met with abrupt energy even though I was telling them that the order they had sent me was incorrect. Eventually I was offered a replacement. Pizza. Said replacement pizza took a total of 51 minutes to be delivered. I am utterly disgusted with this level of customer service. Or should I say lack thereof?.
The best pizza I’ve had from a Dominos chain. The food is always prepared promptly and there is no sort of delay when it comes to making the food. I’d like to give special mentions to Bhupinder who had excellent customer service and customer interaction and generally a nice folk
Ordered 2 hours ago! Quality check..for 1 hour. I have no idea what happened. No one answers the phone, it’s so rude to customers who make orders from you. Just let me know if anyone ate my pizza and it’s the reason why you didn’t deliver it to me. Very disappointed. Definitely not recommend this place.
Bad customer service I ordered a pizza deal and as I register new customer I got free garlic bread with my order but when I collect, the pizza, they didn’t give me the garlic bread I asked the member of the staff and show them on my order but refused to give me the garlic bread and he’s very rude, I think Pizza Hut is the best
Absolute awful experience. Never have I experienced this. I've never ordered before and been told I can't come to your front door. I live in a flat, I've never had a problem before but now suddenly I'm being told no you have to come down. I have a baby sleeping and can't come down. If I lived in a house you wouldn't be saying to me oh you have to meet me at the gate I can't come into your garden. Or I can't deliver to the door you have to come to the end of the road. If I was able to do this I would be collecting it not arranging for a home delivery. If I could give 0 stars I would, but I can't so I gave 1 star for a good menu- that you refuse to deliver to me. Really not happy with the service at all.
Standard Domino's fayre. Food very tasty and hot. Collected from the store and the staff were friendly and helpful. Delivery service from this branch is also very good and the food is delivered hot. Have used for years and will continue to do so.
