Bought an item that was on offer, not reduced and when I got home and tasted it I realised it was 2 months out of date. Terrible if u ask me, they need to do better
Now, I don’t usually have issues with this store. However, today when I went, something off was happening. A woman I hadn’t seen before, presumably a new employee, seemed to be scanning customer’s items twice. I watched her do it to two people in front of me. She would scan the object, move on, then pick it up again later to examine it as if she’d forgotten to swipe it, and then she’d go and scan it again. When it was my turn at the register, she tried to do it to me as well, and I brought it to her attention. This wasn’t just a simple mistake seeing as it happened 3 times in the span of a few minutes. I can’t imagine how many people she had already done this to. Appalling behaviour.
Friendly staff , parking good Best local shop
Good shop with a decent selection of wine/beer. All the shelves and fridges are well stocked too. Their fresh rolls are lovely and the staff there are friendly and helpful. Much better than the go local shop next to it, at least Nisa has a decent hygiene rating!
normally get bits often from here, went today and the staff completely ignored me trying to get past. Asked politely to get past multiple times and still got ignored.
In this store, I was discriminated against by the owner due to my disability. Upsetting experience, wouldn’t visit again — the rest of the staff were really nice though
We get from here all the time even though they’re other shops closer to us we prefer this one has the staff are so nice and helpful we come into the store and also order from snappy shopper on a weekly basis.
