   My disabled colleague was refused service at the till as they were short staffed. When he tried to explain the reason he needed help two staff shouted at him and said they were too busy to help. I then asked for the number of customer service and was told to Google it so I asked for the manager who wouldn't see me. I'm shocked at how bad the service was.

   Eight minutes before closing, a staff member got mad at me, telling me I “have to go to the tills NOW,” even though I had been in the store less than five minutes, and I am a perfectly well adjusted person moving swiftly through the store. It was a deeply insulting experience that resulted in me not getting what I needed. I will remove my review as soon as a manager lets me know that she has been spoken with about her tone, along with at least two other employees to make sure this is not a pattern with other people. She was a white woman, anywhere from age 23-35, with long curly hair. And it was Saturday May, 25, 2024. Let me know you have spoken with her and asked around about her manner of speaking with people and this review will be removed. No customer deserves to be treated like this, but it is even worse when it is so unprompted and uncalled for.

   Today around 12:10pm, I went to this store to buy things. When I finished my shopping and want to go to checkout, I also purchased a plastic bag and I paid the money of my things plus the plastic bag. Then I wanted to get out of the store, suddenly one of the staff came throgh me and stopped me from going out and talking in rude manner: You cant have the plastic bag, You have to pay for it! I replied: I paid for that! But she insisted on that you have not paid for the bag! So we went to the checkout spot and she double checked my reciept and realised that the bag's price( 30penny) has been paid! She didnt even apologized me about her impolite behaviour. I felt really bad in the store when she yelled at me because of the price of plastic bag which I paid for it and tried to grab it out of my hand!! I dont know her name but she was elderly staff with short height and white hair color.

   Racist store. The staff always treat me worse for shopping there while black. On multiple times that I've gone there, I've been looked at with suspicion by the staff and followed by security. I've been dressed nicely most of the time and just shopping like anybody else. I've worked previously in retail management and know when a store has a racist mindset towards minority customers. I don't recommend shopping here if you are not white and especially if you are black. I don't think they want you there!

   Their freezer has been broken for two months now and they don't seem interested in repairing it. As a result they have almost no frozen products and no baked stuff.

   Can I just say how amazingly helpful Tom (a member of staff) was today for me & my friends when getting goodies for our holiday night away! He went above & beyond, even opening a till for us. I can not praise this man enough. Tom, you’re a legend!

   For months now you are lucky to find anyone at the checkout. Which is fine if you dont need anything from behind the counter or dont need approval at self service but left waiting around for minutes or having to go awkwardly track someone down otherwise. No issue with the staff themselves but obviously management think they can get away with having next to no staff expected to be doing 2 jobs at once.
