   This Lidl shop, is really disappointing due to the unreliable staff and security service that my friend experienced, when his car was hit in their car park. They were not helpful and customer oriented as they proved it. I don’t recommend to do your shopping there if you are looking after your car.

   (Yes, i contacted customer service, they are not helping) Be carefull when u parking at this lidl, our car got damaged, asked for cctv but lidl are unable to check parking lot, very dissapointing, our mirror was folded in and plenty of space next to the car, cant imagine how is this happened but lidl just washing their hands no camera and thats it.. awful

   shop here regular, never had an issue, dont see why there are so many negative reviews. they must be victicious and fake reviewers, its a very busy place and the staff are always helpful, and the shelves are hardly ever empty. ita a grear place to shop!!

   I shop at this Lidl in Normanton every week. Please , be very mindful and ask for a paper receipt of payment then check your receipt very , very carefully because sometimes they add random products and charge you extra money for products you have not bought. I have been asking the staff why this happened, they said it's a code error system problem because they are rushing to scan your products multiplying the numbers . So in the end you will pay for their mistake if you don't ask for the receipt and aren't careful about what they scan and add to your purchases. Always ask for a receipt and check if your products match. Please don't be like me the lucky one for several times , it's frustrating as you have to go back and explain what is the mistake and they are looking at you like it's your own fault because you haven't checked your receipt. I almost forgot , most of the blue trolleys  with wheels are damaged and squeak loudly , need some new wheels or replacement.

   Cheap and cheerful. Fruit and veg always fresh and reasonably priced love the fresh bread and pastries. Staff always helpful even when busy. On the down side there seems to be a few empty shelves means we have to go elsewhere to finish our big shop.

   Always friendly and efficient service, the team clearly work hard but are always willing to help if needed. Only down fall I would say is that it can take some time getting through the tills as there is no selfcheckouts so will only pop in for a small shop at certain times.

   Lidl always always good prices with out lost the quality. Last time go on Monday have noticed a lot of empty shelves with an high price increase, now I can see not a big difference with other supermarkets. Today go in at 5.30 pm, Empty shelves every where, and about prices Lidl is not anymore one of the cheapest options.

   The classic discount supermarket. A great place to buy your shopping on a budget. Bear in mind though. At busy times there may be a lengthy wait at the checkout, so it would be advised to visit away from peak times.

   In the hottest period of this decade they don't allow people to buy more than 1 pack of water and they also have limited stock of water. So you need to go there daily in this hot to buy a pack of water and probably they wont have it on stock so you need to go there more often. Meanwhile all the alcohol doesn't have any restrictions. Lidl we got days job. We can't be there daily to buy water we got others thinks to do as well. Order more water for your stores.
