   Went to Wren to check out fitted wardrobes. We were seen by Abdul Belkharchouche. He was really welcoming, patient and did a really good design but unfortunately the price was outside our budget even when he applied discounts. He didn’t make us feel pressured. We would like to thank him for his excellent customer service.

   We have bought from Wren and the quality and delivery is good. However, there is referral bonus promised by salesman but it never comes. We have asked it over year but no response. I called customer services and being told to send email for further follow up action. It is 5 weeks already after sending email but no reply. It is quite frustrated as they broke their promise after the deal is done. Please be careful of what the salesman promised before signing the contract.

   We had so many quotes and kitchen companies attend our home for quotes but last minute we “nipped” into Wren Altrincham to see what they had to offer….not going to lie I wanted to dislike it as I had seen and heard some awful things HOWEVER……we were very very impressed! We were paired with Adam Clark a designer in branch he listened to everything I wanted and needed and desired lol The design of the kitchen is exactly what we wanted to a T. There was no pressure from him at all I took the design home to discuss with the family we all went in again the following day made a couple of amendments and ordered the kitchen. Fast forward a few months kitchen booked in and delivered with so much care and attention. We needed to order some items that were missing/broken the process was great on the app choose what you want and delivered in a couple of days could not be better. We are over the moon with our kitchen (we didn’t use Wrenfitters) but Adam and the team have been amazing Thank you so much

   Very professional. I worked with the same person throughout the whole design process which was Karl. He didn't mind at all that I kept changing my ideas and plans. I got a good deal and they were always friendly, helpful and professional. I did go to other suppliers for quotes but they just tried to rush things through and certainly weren't as thorough, helpful or as professional as Wren Kitchens. I am so delighted with my new kitchen. Its perfect, thank you Karl in Altrincham branch.

   We looked around for some time for are new kitchen and decided to go with wren. This was the best decision we could have made. From start to finish wren staff were friendly and professional at every stage. At no stage did we know exactly what was happening, we changed the look of our kitchen several times and our designer Oliver helped us create the perfect kitchen for us. Delivery was on time and again the staff were excellent showing great concern for our home. The icing on the cake was the fitters, a great team and every single step thing we were consulted on any little changes. Wren from start to finish have been exceptional, we highly recommend wren to anyone and all our friends and family.

   Would fully recommend Wren Kitchens. Everything has been really good with Wren! The showrooms have loads in so you can see every style of everything, the design appointments were nice and the staff were lovely. We got to order samples and they sent us home with pictures and 3D panoramas online and when we had finished the design we could put on a VR headset and stand and walk around in the space. Everything arrived on time and it's great quality! Everything is really well made and robust. We love our Wren Kitchen. Thank you!

   At first the initial inhouse sales seemed fine and certainly put my wife at ease so I was happy to outlay what was a lot of money to purchase a Wren Kitchen. From the moment they had the money the service has been shocking and over 5 months on from installation date we still do not have a kitchen which is even half-finished. We cannot get a FIM to come out we have a kitchen cabinet in the dining room and are still missing bits. Forget customer service and they only have a customer care team in name only. Forget going back into the store to ask for help. After they have your money it is just empty promises even from those with the title of manager. Yes Jack I am talking about you. Mind you at least Jack had the courtesy once forced to come and meet me in reception. Lee on the other hand I was told his conference call was more important than speaking to a customer. Shocking.

   We bought a Kitchen through the Altrincham store. Umme our kitchen designer was brilliant! She went through every detail designing the kitchen and got us a great deal. A couple of small bits were sent wrong in delivery but were soon rectified and sent out. Umme was always on hand to answer any questions. We are very happy with our wren kitchen. Thankyou to Wren and Umme at Wren Altrincham!!!

   claire worked with our kitchen design she was amazing to work with. Guided us and advised all along. Was always available to talk to and helped make changes to the design with ease. She was very approachable I would definitely recommend her when seeking a design consult. I have no concerns with Claire from a design perspective. However several kitchen parts did arrive damaged but wren replaced them very quickly. Can spend upto an hour when trying to reach customer service.
