   I have always received a friendly service and find the stor convenient at the moment for courier drop off often seeing something needed. However I struggle with my mobility which will only worsen! It is already difficult to enter and exit ie door threshold is a massive trip hazard, the door is barely wide enough. The steps seem high and different heights and doubtful they meet regs! Other feedback suggests wheelchair friendly car park which it is not it is mainly slope and what good is a wheelchair friendly car park if you can’t get into the shop!? The entrance needs a rethink with the help of a wheelchair expert/user! Apologies but all true I think movement around the shop would also be difficult!

   After shopping at my local shop for a number of years it was a lovely place to shop, till the shazia unfortunately left for health reasons, after a number of unhelpful new staff. It was a a very pleasant surprise to she was back in the shop today and already the shop looks clean and well stocked, well done Londis for bringing back such a lovely friendly lady to our local shop, a lot of the regulars will now be returning now shazia is back at our local wetherby road londis

   Went to collect a parcel with all nessesary ID and the young lad wouldn't give it to me and had a very 'can't help' attitude. Really had to keep my cool speaking with him, was so rude. I provided a photo from the parcel company and even had the parcel company on the phone telling him to hand it over. After 30mins of arguing he eventually handled it over and told me to never have anything delivered to their shop again.... practically threw it at me. Will never set foot in there again

   Used to be a friendly shop where everyone stopped for a natter. The new owners dont speak to customers, young lads play on their phones. All the prices have shot up so only go in now if I am desperate. The rarely sell any dry cider and have stocked the shelves with the sweet flavoured variety (yuk), because they know nothing about alcohol. I have tried to explain cider comes in either sweet or dry but they dont care and just shrug. Also they dont stock Street Lane bakery fresh items any more or local farm eggs. They have got rid of the cash machine. They close earlier than other shops too. Hopefully they will move on soon and we can get people that recipricate local buisness and actually care about the community

   This WAS a great little shop, with friendly staff, a very good range of products and it was immaculately clean and tidy. I went there very recently and was stunned. It was not clean, there was stock all over the floor not put away and empty boxes and packaging in front of shelves. The stock was poor, bread out of date, ham discoloured so it must have been stored wrong before it went on the shelf, stock not labelled properly, some way overpriced and some not even priced. Staff not friendly and TBH, I won't be visiting again. I would recommend visiting the Coronation garage further up the road instead. I had to give 1 star as 0 wasn't an option.
