   Absolutely disgusting the owner old man is so rude wanted to charge me for using my card. 1 min it's 50p then It's £1 he is a rip off. If he ain't making money he will charge walk away i ended up going kings heath 24 hour shop as they don't charge plus their product prices are reasonable and alwys polite with customers whether u are a woman or man. Plus with select check products if buying they don't check as I was going to buy some fruit juice which was nearly £3 but looked at Best before date it was out of date by 2 months good thing I looked always make sure u look at the best before as I have brought out of date stuff and it's just a hassle to walk 10 mins back to shop. I will give the younger guys props they are polite I have never had any issues with them but the old guy SMH he wants to know your business asks personal questions which is i find uncomfortable. Customers beware!!! Especially women i do feel he has a issue with women and by other reviews I can see that's actually true. As a woman go in there if younger guys are in there if old dude in the there walk away as i like 2 support as my local and I do buy in there but I'm gonna stop

   As others have said, the older man is rude and purposely unhelpful. I was collecting a parcel and was going to make another purchase afterwards, to support them more than anything as I’ve heard him saying before that they don’t make money on it. He looked on the floor for a few seconds and said they didn’t have it. I said the email told me it’s here so what do I do, he then became really really rude and then told me they make no money on it! As if that’s an excuse to send someone away and make them come back again for no reason apart from that he can’t be bothered to check details and look properly. Just really upsetting, it was shoes for my son and he really needs them. Convenience stores can make money if they are friendly and make people’s days brighter- people visit more often and pay higher prices. This guy seems to delight in making people’s day worse. Or perhaps it’s just women as another reviewer has said. Will avoid from now on at all costs and send a man in for me when needed!

   Older guy behind the till seems to hate women. Has been okay to my partner and other men I have seen in the shop but VERY rude to me and other women. In particular he shouts at people sending parcels and is extremely unhelpful no matter how polite and friendly you are to him. The other guys who work in the shop have always been nice though!

   One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in a supermarket. The old man behind the till is nothing short of rude and disrespectful. I went to send off my Yodel parcel (just the one) and he refused to scan my parcel for me after it didn’t go through once. Claiming he was busy and had other customers to serve. Mind there was 1 customer behind me with a Crisp packet. Then sent me away after I drove 10 mins to drop off my parcel. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

   Very rude man behind the counter. Took my bank card and read the information and when I asked why he said he was checking for stolen cards which makes no sense because unless you know my name how would you know. I think he is scamming people. This is the third or fourth bad experience i have had with him but this was by far the worst. Just be careful and never let him handle your card.

   Owner/ Boss is on occasion superficially friendly, but generally rude. Other staff are always friendly and helpful. Over priced even for a corner style shop in difficult times. Always check the prices and dates on fresh and tinned items is my advice
