    Usually, I don’t like to give negative feedback, but I was genuinely shocked by your colleague’s rudeness when he called me “chick.” When I reacted, he said, “Should I call you love?” This is not appropriate. I am not “chick” or “love” to you, and I don’t appreciate being addressed with such nicknames. All customers should be treated with professionalism and respect—please ensure your staff avoid using terms like “chick” or “love” when addressing guests.

    Only realised when I got home only 1 lightbulb in my box of 2 and no way for me to contact tesco as I was just visiting. I reached out to Tesco they offered me a voucher but nothing came to inbox.

    I use this store to pick up my parcels from and the customer service has always been friendly and attentive. Good range of snacks. 4 stars because I found the customer service to be a bit slow.

    Update: Still no bakery and coffee machine not working by 8am, so I went to Sainsbury’s next to it. Everything is available there. At 8am this morning, no bakery items, Costa coffee not ready, when office workers want to purchase their breakfast but cant. This has happened several times, disappointed.

    This place is always pretty much cleared out of anything decent for a meal deal. The self-checkouts are temperamental and sometimes won't scan gift cards or other items. I only went here because I get discounts through a scheme, but you're probably better off heading to Sainsbury's a few doors down from here.

    Nothing special and very cramped as well as so little staff who know how to behave with absolute strangers. The security guard/s needs to STOP eyeballing every young customer that walks in for a confrontation! I was wearing a mask and this bothered the Asian guard so much. NOT very friendly or welcoming at all as this was my 1st time here and will be the last. Where is the manager to make sure things like this are well sorted out for all customers to experience???

    No bags available at self service, rather than bother the server grab one to take back and scan, “can you make sure you scan that please” in an accusatory tone. Keep your goods. Off to Sainsbury’s (50ft away).

    Staff are friendly,always happy to assist and seem to always be on the go . Even though they dont always have everything i need (as a smaller store) the customer service experience makes a trip here worthwhile

    Tesco why do you let your staff disrespect regular customers? All I did was call for assistance when the self service machine froze and a security guard came by and deliberately embarrassed me for just asking for assistance. His exact words were "You were coming here for so long and you still don't know were to put the shopping in the bagging area" as he left. I couldn't believe what I just heard! I felt so insulted and upset as other customers heard this and seriously couldn't remember the last time someone put me down like this. I felt disgusted as I paid for my shopping at the till and left the store in tears. As a regular customer I didnt expect to be insulted. I don't understand why Tesco lets their staff disrespect customers? Where are the basic manners nevermind customer service? Not shopping at Tesco again I don't mind paying a little extra at a nearby Sainsburys as long as I'm treated like a human being!
