   I visit this store regularly, staff are lovely, only issue is, parking at certain times because of the school next door, it's almost impossible to find a space, as a lot of the parents park there when dropping off and picking up, bit frustrating when you want to use the shops there.

   Unreliable morning opening times. On too many occasions this store has closed or remained closed. Whilst dealing with stocking & deliveries. I can only imagine this is due to staffing issues & or poor management. When a store is closing at times when people are most in need, it needs dealing with ASAP.

   Stock on app doesn’t accurately reflect stock in stores. One item showing in stock for months and no staff can find in store! No consistency with opening for full opening hours displayed. Weeks of early closures blamed on staffing issues however this is ongoing months later. Sign put in window states closing early at 10pm but unable to enter few mins before as “serving last customer” at 9:56pm. Not great for a local and ‘convenient’ store

   As a store it is a complete shambles , bakery is hardly ever complete by 7am but the store opens at 6am . The store is always (closed) between 6-7am when certain staff members are working as they are ‘un-loading the lorry’ . Leading to people sitting around waiting and when your in a rush it’s very inconvenient for a convenience store. Secondly - fresh bakery ? I’m starting to wonder if it’s a illusive as the McDonald's milkshake machine , 9/10 times the fresh bakery isn’t even stocked or there are only a few pieces of bread left on there. Freshly baked ? When mid day ? Third the next part of my review is in regards to the state of the daily meal deals . They are always on their use by dates or passed them ! If they even have any ! It is an offence to sell or display for sale any food after its Use By date. So essentially this Tesco is breaking specific laws and rules of fresh food retail. In the end the store is propped up by one member of staff , he is usually in on a early morning and wears glasses , a pleasure to speak to , very hard working . Fantastic customer service representative of Tesco . Sadly not all staff are like that gentlemen and few are Mardy and seem somewhat annoyed we have come to the store to … purchase items that in term keep their store open. One of which seems to be the store manager who can be … Child like. It’s incredible the store even functions and I would say is a huge let down unlike other Tesco's such as the Bentley one , shame they (Bentley) don’t have as wide a selection of products . With the only redeeming quality being the great customer service rep in the morning and the fact when they do have bakery on it’s done really well . 1/5

   Opening hours are convenient for things you forgot and open late to nip out and pick it up. Movie night nibbles a plenty, add a little tipple and your all set.

   Early morning and late night doors are opened by staff (in order to prevent theft according to signs) but it's rather annoying if you're running late or just need to quickly run in as sometimes it's quicker to wait for someone exiting to open the door. Otherwise fine.
