   The fried chicken and wings was so old, that it was smelling very bad. And in their chicken pizza there was virtually no chicken.

   I visited Express and Pizza PFC shop for the first time and ordered a mini bucket. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The customer service was poor the staff member at the counter seemed confused and there was no friendly or welcoming attitude. I even had to request basic condiments like ketchup, mayonnaise, and chili sauce, which were not included in the bag. As for the food, the quality was far below expectations. The chicken did not taste good, and to my shock, there were visible hairs in both the coated chicken and hot wings. The portion was also unsatisfactory, despite my request for good pieces of chicken and wings. The hygiene standards were clearly lacking, and overall, it felt like the food was not prepared with care for the customers. People are paying for their meals and deserve quality, hygienic, and tasty food but that was not the case here. I would not recommend this PFC shop to anyone. Very unhappy with both the service and the food quality.

   This is disgusting my chickens are raw and pink there blood coming out of one and I called the owner and he lied saying that I have quite “ got the wrong shop” do better

   The pizza is way too cheesy, was supposed to be a meat feast but was more like 4 cheese with a bit of meat. They also serve chicken but it was pre cooked and not sure how long before

   Sadly this was one of the best chicken shops local to me and nows its either changed hands or u der new management it's gone down hill , its still a 1000% then KFC Dagenham
