Just like any other supermarket really, hard to get to by car easily, not that there isn't parking (there's lots around), but it's just a faff having to pay/display or use an app or pay station, just to go to the supermarket. It's fine if you have parked in the Ridings, as you can go down in the lift straight to the store and back again etc, but only if you happen to be doing other shopping in Ridings etc, as it's just too much bother to only go to Morrisons. Store seems well stocked and gives access to outside, Ridings(ground floor). Not a huge store but ample for every day needs. Thank you

Appalling, now. It used to be excellent for fresh meats and fish, but recently everything has been cut back. Little or no roasting joints, fresh fish is abysmal, veg selection very poor. It seems like its going to close, and it's been run down on purpose

Morrisons, this is unacceptable. I used to shop at your store regularly, but after today’s experience, I won’t be coming back. The way you handle pricing is nothing short of deception. More than once, I’ve noticed that the price displayed on the shelf doesn’t match what I’m actually charged at checkout and, unsurprisingly, it’s always in the store’s favor. Today (22.02), I spent £70 on groceries, including a 1L bottle of Jameson’s. The regular price was £33.75, but with a More Card, it was supposed to be £28. Imagine my surprise when I checked the receipt at home and saw that I had been charged the full £33.75 despite scanning my card. This isn’t a one-time mistake, it’s a recurring issue. People shop based on the prices displayed on the shelves, assuming they are accurate. But at Morrisons, the shelf prices seem to exist in a different reality - either outdated or simply misleading. And, of course, the customer only realizes this once it’s too late. I didn’t take a picture of the shelf price, because who documents every single item they buy? But my receipt speaks for itself. A few pounds here and there might not seem like much, but over time, it adds up. Only today it was more than 5 pounds of difference. It’s disappointing to see Morrisons resorting to such tactics instead of maintaining honest business practices. It's a daylight robbery, so well deserved one star and I won’t be shopping here again.

Got charged for an extra item I hadn't bought by mistake but even though I had left the supermarket before realising I got my money back without any problem

Crowded, too small to be stocked as well as it should be, and inflation is quickly reducing the range of goods that historically were much cheaper than the two main local rivals. Great for some items, whilst others are of poor quality. It's a mixed bag, which is a shame.

Nice experience with staff, but my bonus card takes ages to scan. Also, we need to start viewing IDs from phone. I am 30, but they won't believe even with my BRP IN SOFTCOPY. It can be frustrating.

It's got no tills at rear only self serve. Got no where to take trolley back at George Street without leaving all your shopping unattended to go to front of shop.i had a taxi outside so had to leave trolley and pound. Otherwise a good experience

Worst shopping experience ever. Self service section been enlarged, no staff on the tills. One member of staff asking if customers were paying by cash or card - it was cash on the left card on the right but no signs indicating so. That single staff member had his work cut out as the older customers didn't know how to use self service so he had to show them all. Absolute mayhem.
