    Last week a family member of mine had sustained a very painful back injury in this shop and spent 4 days in hospital due to the owners negligence and lack of care for health and safety . This family member slipped over on a puddle of water on the floor due to there being no wet floor sign to indicate the floor was wet at all . This family member instantly felt serve pain in there back area and requested the footage of the owner who instantly began intimidating my uncle and called friends or family over to intimidate my uncle while he was incapacitated on the floor . Once again my uncle asked for the footage to which the owner replied “oops it’s gone “ as he pressed a button . Luckily for this family me never someone who he was with came to check on him as he had been a while and helped him out the shop and up to a&e otherwise he would have been left on the floor surrounded by a group of people trying to intimidate him . Since then I have tried to contact this shop to which they will not answer the phone . The shop is poorly run messy and do not follow basic health and safety procedures

    went to return a parcel at 10:35pm they guy said his not taking it as it’s late even though they’re open till 11pm. absolutely joke man. Shop looks like a mess, unorganised. Prices are rip off go Nisa next door or the supermarkets which are opposite.

    Terrible and dishonest man. He scanned a parcel into his store and I received a text to say it was there, leaving me waiting for 15 minutes while he served and chatted with customers then to be told it wasn't there and basically there is nothing he can do. Oh and by the way. Constantly calling some women darling just makes things worse.

    Terrible customer service! The man on the till was so rude and dismissive and belittled me in front of other customers. Would not recommend using this shop. I will not be using this shop again and nor will any of my family or friends. Awful experience.

    Local store and convenient for forgotten items or when you need something missed off shopping list. Occasionally find odd bargain but can be pricey at times.
