The newest member of staff, 'Millie/Molly' is horrible. Her customer service skills are non existant, shes rude, arrogant and has an air of 'Im so much better than you'. Ive been going in this shop for years, never had a problem with any staff member before, but now, if I happen to see her before I go in, I dont go in. I'd rather give my hard earned money to someone who treats me with respect! Having spoken about her to a few of my friends, apparently its not just me. Sort it out Tesco, you're losing customers!!

The manager mark has a bad attitude wanting to debate bad fruit going off when he could have just done a straight swap. I had my reciept so why is he implying im lying and i dont know what bad fruit looks like. He said mango is suppose to be green. Not the inside. Just because i gave my opinion in a respectful way he called me argumentative and shouted at me after i made my way towards the stpre exit.

They are brilliant people who provide an excellent service, it is a small store but, they have good quality products and they are easy to find

Avoid in the morning. The security 'little angry Neil' is consumed by small man syndrome. He's rude and aggressive towards customers. Happy to be verbally abusive. Unbelievable Tesco's are happy for this person to represent them.

I usually like this place but they dont require masks in this tesco and I'm at risk because I'm pregnant. Pretty ashamed of tesco and I won't be shopping here the duration of the virus. Leeds has a high rate right now. Even the security was not wearing it properly on his face.

You can always rely on this Tesco store to be open at the most convenient times, as the store is open from 6.00am until 11.00pm, EVERY day, (only closes Christmas Day aswell) so if you have either forgotten to buy something you need or you want something early or late, you know you can rely it to be open for your convenience. Plenty of parking spaces available. Staff always very friendly, and approachable, either to have a chat whilst serving you or if you need help to find something, be it on the shop floor or in the back excess stock area. I have asked if they have had a product in, even if there were none on the shelf. Always happy to oblige. Fresh produce that is on its sell by date are reduced a couple of times a day .. I especially make a visit around 7.00pm as this is when the products are finally reduced .. you could be lucky and get some fresh bargains! I would say that the prices aren't too bad, especially as it is open long hours, but I do find the fresh vegetables and fruit to be rather dearer than other stores. All in all, great for location, convenience, and friendly staff .. what more could you want?
