Convenient as it's open 24/7. Clean and practical but rude staff that make you look through parcels yourself if picking up from there.

This store was great to pop into before work to drop a parcel off. No one else anywhere around me was open at this time (5am) so it was a god send! Thank you guys!

Wow!! I can’t believe these terrible reviews !! I have been collecting parcels from here for several years and have only been met with kindness by the staff. There used to be a lovely man most times I went in and now there is a lovely young lady who seems to have remembered my name when looking for my package. Searching through the bag has never been my experience. I usually buy a little something because I know the being a postal point doesn’t generate much of an income. I have bought biscuits just in date and some out of date. These were in a sale section so they do appear to keep on top of their date rotation. It is legal to sell out of date things. I’m always grateful to be able to get a package sent here.

Don’t get Yodel or InPost parcels delivered here. I’d only recommend it if you want to steal someone’s mail quickly and easily. I came to pick up a parcel and was directed by staff to riffle through 2 large postal bags, accessible to any customers as it was on the shop floor. They just stood over me as I had to dig through dozens I couldn’t find it so the member of staff then looked and couldn’t find it I then said what should I do and met by silence then they looked through their written records and found that yes they had got my parcel but could not tell me where. I came back the next day and again riffling through the bags but this time a shop worker found it and announced it by throwing it at me. There was no apology the whole time and they just complained about delivery drivers

I don't know how they manage to stay in business. They are so slow about everything, the system doesn't help but the staff seem to lack customer service training. I'd choose somewhere else to shop.

Don’t get anything delivered here! Rude and unprofessional.

Excellent corner shop, small but has all the essential stuff you might need.

Terrible place to drop off returns. They struggle a lot with the bar codes (it's usually the same person) and are quite rude. Also, things have gone "missing" from my returns since that person processed it. So there is that. Would avoid

I've added an additional star purely because it's close. This is a shop that Amazon use for local collection. That's all fine and well. Every time I mention that I've got an Amazon parcel, they ask for the barcode. I always mention that there is no barcode however there is a code. I mention that Amazon never give you a barcode, but they do give you a code every single time, often by the same person. Once I was asked why haven't Amazon given me a barcode, and I responded saying that I have no idea. I'm not Amazon. Amazon never give you a barcode. They often ask to see my phone, to see what it says too. Today one person even took the phone off me when I showed them the code. I had to ask "Please can you give me my phone back" three times before they did. They apparently didn't like the idea of a customer reading out the code that Amazon gave. This is especially concerning given that I really wouldn't want strangers touching my things without appropriately sanitising their hands during Covid. In addition, I wouldn't want people touching my phone, who are regularly in contact with customers and have probably done the same thing with other customers too. A box of course is much larger than a phone and you can choose where you want to grab it from. You don't have the same choice with a phone. Poor service, and poor awareness too. I really shouldn't have to repeat that Amazon never give you a barcode to scan, but they do give you a code every single time. I'm moving away so should hopefully find something that's close where I don't have to go through the whole process every single time. It should not be a stressful experience at all.
