Saturday morning & very busy, ONE checkout manned & customer services manned !!. 4 self checkouts all Requiring input from a staff member for various reasons & no one there despite lady on customer services putting calling out on in-store tannoy. After much frustration & waiting she had to stop serving on customer services to attend to the self checkout issues. Busy Saturday morning - WHERE ARE THE STAFF ?? . THIS STORE IS A JOKE.

I visited Asda this evening to get something and for some reason I always get the same rude old lady that serves me on counter this she have served me like 5 times and I never understood how or why sheβs so rude and disrespectful like today I said hello she was just looking at me I feel so embarrassed for saying hello and then I ask what I want in normally donβt ask for little change but this I wanted just because the way she was I asked for a receipt she got the receipt and slammed it on the table. I said thank you and she just gave me a dirty look under the seat. I found her name. and I was shocked that sheβs a manager her name is Amanda Williams I really donβt know what a attracted Asda to put her as a manager maybe teach her how serve a customer or maybe retire if she canβt do it

Every time I visit this Asda and Iβve been going on and off for years , the staff are always miserable. Asking a simple question feels like youβre bothering them, as if customers are an inconvenience. Honestly, the whole team could do with being replaced. Judging by the other reviews, Iβm clearly not the only one experiencing this.

This should be (great bridge and not quinton)delivery service for neighbour..would give no stars if I could .... your drivers in particular 1 female continues to park their delivery vehicle infront of my house over grass verges and dropped kerbs damaging grass for me to then get letters from kier/council ..youre blocking cars in front all 3 houses and not to the property theyre meant to be delivering to, in the b 32 area... (who infact has their own dropped kerb ) WHY NOT SUGGEST THEY MOVE THEIR CAR TO MAKE WAY FOR YOUR VEHICLE.?? Also they have to walk past our properties to get to this house which means they could park closer. The fact that on good Friday she again appears for more than10 minutes and even tho i have complained to relevant places and been advised this would be taken care of it continues to happen...I get that they need to park somewhere but driving over dropped kerbs then parking fully on grass verge is knowing full well you are parking inconsideratley .I have many doorbell videos...I wish I could post

Lovely store with most items I need. However, customer service isn't there. Quite often I get told theres not enough staff to manage both the main till and also watch over self checkout so I have to scan a big shop at self checkout. Staff moan about each other, no one wants to serve you at the tills and when have to, the items are flung at you out of rage. This has happened to me on many occasions so not one off. Should be sign saying no service at main tills after 5. Never encountered a friendly face apart from one ocassional gentleman.

Easy to find your items, can be busy at times but still a good place to shop.

The staff are great and helpful in my experience whenever I have been there. HOWEVER, I wouldn't be giving ASDA five stars for their pricing at the moment which is becoming like some of the other more premium supermarkets. I know we are in times of high inflation but I'm sure the supermarkets are raking it in and bet they don't pass on much of this on to the staff. Strange how some products have gone up so much in price where as others haven't and I could quote some examples. I am voting with my feet and if any product is going up what I consider to be too much then I just don't buy it anymore. Obviously on more essential items you don't have so much choice but when you can buy the same loaf of bread for 99p when I was last at Home Bargains, and ASDA charge you Β£1.35 for it! Probably like a lot of people I am choosing a lot more carefully now where to shop.

Ive been visiting this store for a while now and must say although all staff are pleasant the person that stands out is Michael. He is such a lovely guy and always speaks to people in a friendly and professional manner just like staff used to be. I hope head office realise what a great member of staff they have.
