Great shop , most cashiers are always busy but I always find the most politest and professional is Amy , goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and always smiles when you arrive and leave
It's a smaller shop, but has plenty of the essentials and more besides. Plenty of parking, handy cash machine. Staff are friendly and helpful. Some pricing is not particularly competitive with other nearby shops.
Very good shop has everything I need within walking distance and a lovely staff team.
Just received extremely rude experience, cashier named Amy. I asked if they had a Yodal drop off and she started moaning and mumbling under her breath about having to do parcels then proceeded to go to every staff member on her way to the tills moaning about having to do the return. She was very rude and the conversation she was having with the other staff members was unnecessary infront of the customer.
Absolutely disgusting that you cannot buy many already overinflated priced items without a membership card. Absolute rip off. Coop ought to be ashamed, charging these ridiculous prices. There is a difference between convenience and blatant daylight robbery. Will never stand in the place again and I urge others to boycott too.
Staff take too long to serve people.. takes them ages to call someone else to help on the tills.. rather go an extra mile then go there

Most customers in store not wearing any masks or face coverings.Pointed this out to member of staff who stated that we don't bother enforcing it anymore they just please themselves, so if you want to stay safe and protect your family then avoid this store.
Staff are consistently friendly and helpful. Prices as expected with a quick shop. Improving on lactofree and gluten free options that are offered.
Live locally so have got used to the staff who are always friendly and helpful. Not 5 stars because they're more expensive than asda but that's my laziness for not walking a bit further :)
