   I was really disappointed to find the shopping baskets at Lidl in such poor condition. Many were visibly dirty, sticky, and clearly not cleaned regularly. It’s unhygienic and off-putting, especially when customers are expected to carry them around the store. Clean baskets should be a basic standard—please sort this out.

   Fully stocked, clean store. Great for all your shopping needs. Everything you need from groceries to household items and lots more at brilliant prices. The staff are friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking and pleasant shopping experience.

   I recently went shopping at Aldi and had an unpleasant experience at the self-checkout. I had 24 lettuces and 24 cucumbers, and a staff member kindly came over to assist me by scanning them quickly so I didn’t have to do each one individually. However, the security guard stepped in and told her not to help me, insisting that I scan every single item one by one. This process took me a very long time and was extremely frustrating. I found the guard’s behavior unnecessary and quite rude, especially since the staff member was only trying to provide good customer service. I usually enjoy shopping at Aldi, but this experience left me very disappointed. I hope Aldi can review this situation so that customers don’t have to go through such avoidable frustration in the future.

   Went to Aldi today with my daughter and was rudely spoken to by a member of staff being sarcastic. She said there was space on till 1 but after I loaded my shopping she spoke to me sarcastically. Will be avoiding this branch as I don't need sarcasm, especially in front of my child

   Really good store, we prefer going to Aldi over lidl as the quality of packaged goods better than Lidl, the fresh produce is better at Lidl without a shadow of a doubt. The Aldi store is really clean and always has friends staff. Big parking space and more people working tills than Lidl.

   Great discount supermarket. Some of the deals you get here are amazing. The vegan plant menu is great with a wide variety. The aldi own brand cereals are just as good as the expensive big brands.

   Pretty much provides the consistent standard of service expected from an Aldi. Always has what I need. Mostly decent quality food & drink at mostly good prices. The local area was crying out for a store to open here, and it's been a great addition for these last 2-3 years. Also have to mention how impressive the wine selection is.

   This Aldi is in a Good location just off the main road It has a large car park with plenty of spaces , including disabled and also easy access to the store for wheelchairs The staff are friendly as is the security guard they have on duty It is always very clean and tidy in store and the items are well laid out with signs above each section
