I spent 100+ dollars for shipping for a 20$ item. They stated “3-5 buisness days” i have not yet received my order i placed on the 20th of march. It is now the first of april. Please give me my money back or pack my package, preferably in a very cusioned box.

I've my first purchase now from BritishGram. I ordered from out of country so I expected it to take a bit of time before my shipment arrived. I tracked my shipment for some time, it said it was waiting for pickup on the parcel tracking but in the actual case it had been picked up. So there might be some communication issues or some sort between between the companies. Other than that all is good, my shipment arrived quite quickly actually, I just found out a bit late :D Would buy again.

I have had a good experience with this company on my first order which arrived within the time scale. I have made a second order of the same product but purchased double the amount to save on delivery. My order was placed 2 weeks ago I have had no correspondence or confirmation of my order, yet you have taken my money. I have tried to contact you by phone and left voicemails but no reply will not be buying from you again also I have found the product cheaper in my local shop

Bought noodles from this 'company' for my two children but they never arrived. I queried this and I was told the order has 'been fulfilled' which is nonsense. Do not buy from these cowboys!!! Edit* You have only sprung into action since this review has been posted. Yes 3 to 5 days delivery but we're on day 8 so your argument is redundant.

Do not buy from this company. They knowingly shipped the incorrect item to me. Refuse refund unless I pay to return- 10 bottles of cordial. As others mention they ignore rrp quoting small family business. They are cowboys at best with no morals. Do not buy from them. The cordial was a gift for child that will only drink orange and pineapple during national shortage. This company knowingly sent me orange charging over rrp. I also paid shipping and they insist I return at cost to me before they will refund.

Spent £30+, of which was £7.99 for 1-4 day tracked delivery over a week ago but received nothing. Aside from the order confirmation I've received no other response from them or a reply to my query about where my parcel is. Very disappointed and feel scammed. I will not be shopping with them again. Terrible service. *UPDATE* We finally received our package and thankfully it was wrapped safely and there were no breakages. The items were also well within their sell-by date so that's good. However, my delivery was still a week overdue with no reply from their customer services whatsoever. I also saw that it was only dispatched yesterday (5th May) for delivery today (6th), which is over a week later than when I ordered it. I have requested a refund on my P&P as lockdown or no they should not be offering a rush delivery at such a high price when they are unable to honour it. I still feel scammed and will not be shopping with them again. Hopefully I will have some good news to add to this review in a few days when I get my refund. *UPDATE 2* Sent them another message on the 6th May 2020 and still not had a response a week later. So that's 3 messages I've sent them with nothing at all in reply. It is clear to me what they think of their customers and I personally don't think theirs is a sustainable business model. I will be giving this business a wide berth from now on. I feel scammed and ignored and very disappointed. Had they bothered to apologise or even offer to refund part of my delivery charge, I might have been more understanding, but I am not a happy customer.

I have had a different experience with this company. Ordered £40 of food which according to their website showed free delivery. I made the order on 22 March and trying to ring them it goes to voicemail. Sent several messages. Eventually parcel arrived missing items which will be refunded by them. Charged £5.99 for delivery so sent them a message for that to be refunded as my order was £40 obviously not heard anything about that. The goods were very overpriced and please be very careful when ordering from them. If I do get a refund for the delivery then I will be fair and post this on here.
