   Unfortunately food was terrible, i really use to enjoy papa johns and would purchase from larkfield on a number of occasions. However I don’t know if it was a one off but seems to be using uber, drivers would cancel taking delivery and order kept being pushed back therefor when food arrived, it was stone cold. Was not great and will not be purchasing again. Shame and good luck to them.

   On Monday, August 4th, I placed an order with Papa John’s that turned into one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had with any takeaway. The order took over an hour to arrive, and when it did, the food was stone cold, sloppy, and nothing like the quality either I or Papa John’s would consider acceptable. I contacted the store immediately, and they admitted the order was unacceptable, promising me a refund that same day. That was 11 days ago. As of today (August 15th), despite multiple calls to the store and a formal complaint filed via Papa John’s website, I have received no refund and no update beyond vague assurances. I have pictures and screenshots documenting the state of the food and my communications, so this isn’t a matter of opinion, it’s fact. It’s unacceptable for a brand of this size to treat paying customers this way. Poor product quality can be forgiven if handled with prompt and genuine service, but ignoring customers and failing to issue promised refunds is a clear sign of a business that doesn’t respect the people who keep it running. I will not be ordering from Papa John’s again and would caution others to think twice before giving them their money, especially if they expect the company to stand by their “quality guarantee.”

   Just been in Papa Johns Larkfield , watched staff make pizzas . No handwashing between taking payments from people to rolling out the dough.Hands grabbing the meat to go on the pizza and then grabbing the vegetables with their hands again no handwashing between Cross contamination no consideration if someone ordered a vegetarian pizza . No hair nets worn either. Won't be going there again

   listen here. this place. THIS place. what can I say, absolutely magnificent pizzas are being curated here. the staff are incredible. there is 2 brothers that work there that always work with a smile and all their teeth out. they go above and beyond. they put extra pig on my pizza when I asked for it. big up Charlie D. We miss the BEATSBYDRE POLO. #BABAJOHNS #Charlie4Manager.

   Acting manager - Edward Farmer - was really nice when I ordered a pizza. Nice store, nice staff, nice pizzas; just nice all round. Also, acting manager - Edward Farmer - hung around after his shift finished and we went to Nomad cafe together. Let’s just say it was a night to remember! Mr Papa John would be happy with this store; embodying everything he envisaged when he founded. Nice, nice, nice! #IAmFeel #IAmFeelIAmVeryFeel

   where do i start...how can i end...the tomato touching my tongue was an orgasm to the senses. kudos to the pony-tailed manager, let's just say i wanted more than a pizza when i came in. came across incredibly down to earth, liked his brother as well. told me an anecdote involving a corridor, don't remember too much apart from the fact it rhymed with hellatio. 10/10 margs, would come again!

   Ordered via the app, 1 pizza was wrong to start with. Phoned and was offered a free pizza the next time I order.... How that helps me at the time, no idea! Took a bit but got a replacement sent out. Replacement arrives, and it's still not what I ordered. Didn't bother phoning again (pregnant and hungry) but I doubt we will bother ordering with them again.

   Ordered 2 large pizzas, a garlic bread and chicken wings at lunch time, took 2 hours to arrive. Tried ringing the branch numerous times after 1 hour as their tracking app said it had been delivered, but no-one answered, in the middle of the day! When I did finally get trough, I was told driver had left 5 minutes before and wouldnt be long. Journey time from the branch to my house is no more than 10 minutes. Waited another half hour, still hadn’t turned up so rang again and was met with staff uninterested in the order not turning up. Once the order turned up, the pizza was lukewarm and had the wrong ingredients on it! If you want to wait ages for a wrong pizza, served up by disinterested staff, definitely order from here!
