    Awful customer service here and 8/10 times the Evri post machine is not working. They keep blaming the wifi so bloody move the thing where it does work. Tesco needs to keep an eye on this store and staff as it’s way behind the standard.

    Some security guy saw me and said I’ve stolen some chocolate fingers told him to check cameras cause I walked in with them in my hand and he said he doesn’t have time for that but all he was doing was standing there like the sausage he is and I said to him I’ll show him the payments and he just said he didn’t want to see and I asked another guy to check and he said he isn’t allowed so that security worker can get lost I am also 14 so he only targeted me because I am younger .

    Not over big for even an express.. occasional stock shortages on regular items such as gravy mix.. semi skim milk.. brown bread for instance.. car park OK but is on a busy road, patience needed 3for exit/entry..

    Does nobody answer the phone here!! I’ve just bought two Tesco scotch eggs from this store, both tasted sour & one had blood inside. I’ve tried to call repeatedly to make them aware but nobody picks up the phone.

    Went in with 15 mins to spare but til went wrong and wouldn't recognise my cash. The poor girl did everything she could but I still missed my bus and therefore may miss my connection in leeds. Not a happy bunny

    Tesco express on leeds rd is great. Extremely nice staff who are always willing to answer questions genuinely! Sorry but had a couple of experiences lately from other branded shops and to me! The staff need sacking! !! When u ask if they stock an item n they say sorry, no we don't have that! Fair enough. But,, when u have had that response and then turn a corner and find what you have asked for!!!!!!!HELLO! !!!!! they should NOT be working there. Nobody is perfect but that does not mean we should stop trying lol
