   Get the travelators working before you lose all of your customers! I had to queue for a lift this morning because I had a trolley. May I suggest you spend a small part of your vast profits on property maintenance

   The selection in the shop is pretty good. Unfortunately, many of the staff are quite rude. They are very keen to tell you that the shop will be closing soon lol. So keen that in the 30 minutes before closing we have had 5 members of staff tell us "the store is closing soon". I understand that the staff want to go home, but if the shop is advertised as being open until a certain time, then they shouldn't be barking at customers for shopping. They also seem to purposefully position the stock trolleys in ways that make it very difficult to actually get to the shelves. The shop itself is good, and many of the staff are very helpful, but so many of them are aggressive it's quite offputting. Feels like a lot of powertripping going on.

   I’m absolutely disgusted by what happened at Tesco 11/11/2025 My sisters and I had finished shopping, paid for everything, and were waiting for the lift when a young Indian female security guard stopped only us and demanded to see our receipt. Not a single other customer was asked. We showed full proof of payment, yet her attitude was rude, arrogant, and completely out of line. This was blatant discrimination and a humiliating experience in front of other shoppers. We were treated as if we had done something wrong, when we had simply paid and were leaving like everyone else. Tesco – this kind of behaviour is unacceptable and shameful. If this is how your staff are trained to treat paying customers, you have a serious problem. I expect a full investigation, access to CCTV footage from that time, and a written apology for this disgraceful incident. Until Tesco takes real action, I’ll be warning everyone I know about this experience.

   Today I waited 35 minutes in a queue at the tills. People were queuing back into the aisles. 18 tills and only 6 open . Self serve had huge queues too . I noted lots of caravans parked up when I arrived which I assumed were travellers .I'm now guessing these were people just preparing to stay the night because of the queues ! In comparison I popped to Aldi to pick up the things not in stock at Tesco and was in and out in 5 minutes. I know where I'm doing my weekly shop from now on !

   This store is absolutely huge, and much better stocked than the West Bromwich one in my experience. So much parking too. Only downside is the escalators going up are temperamental. Other than that, a great store.

   Can generally find most things but the biggest issue I have is the lack of professionalism and the lack of open available tills. Waiting so long and most of the time you're forced to just check out yourself. Used to have a good customer service ethic but now just following the rest of the crowd...."give us your money and get out", thanks tesco

   For some reason someone has had the great idea to combine scan as you shop with self checkout resulting in long queues around the store.This is bad enough as it is but large areas of self checkout remain closed or not working. A bit of a shambles really. Poor poor management.

   Came to store yesterday you would thing Tesco was a good employer Steve was in a panic abouy getting a break.and having to insist on not coming back to a long que of customer. Come on tesco look after your people..

   SHOP ALWAYS EMPTY Shop is not laid out very good. Everything seems everywhere Shop is always well under stocked and find it very hard to find what I'm looking for. Toilets are unclean *Lots of parking *Photo booth *Change your change into cash or vouchers *Costa cafe *Help desk Bargains corners of the shop. If you want to wait in a line. Then people push you. *Lots of offers on clothes at the minute. I can't stand this Tesco. I spent over 3 hours trying to look for what I needed and still ended up not buying the stuff I intended to
