The staff are very unprofessional. It almost feels like you’re an inconvenience for using this store and I’ve felt this on numerous occasions. I used this branch a couple of days ago and one member of staff was swearing on shop floor; he seemed extremely angry and agitated. This was absolutely not appropriate as I had my two year old son with me and we shouldn’t have to hear language used within that capacity. The same sales assistant served us on the tills and didn’t acknowledge us with any sort of greeting or interaction until it came to paying, I also believe he only spoke because I made the effort to speak first. Please consider that you are at work and your responsibility is to provide a pleasant experience, maybe this branch needs to revisit some customer service training with some of its colleagues. Hopefully there will be some improvements this upcoming year.
