1. Unfortunately The truth ★☆☆☆☆

   I went with my little one on Friday to this shop and I saw promotion on strawberries saw i try to pick one box and i saw the foam on it it was looking like some one spatted and i ask the short hair blond lady new on because I haven't see her before working there . What's that? I thought someone spat on it? AND SHE SAID : NO I HAVE CLEAN THERE I SPRAYED SOME ALL PURPOSE. she litterally put dose boxes under like nothing happened without whipping it off.

   Been using this shop for over 35 years before sainsburys took over in the late 2000s , always a pleasure to shop here as I’m on first name terms with almost every staff member but like every shopping experience it can take just one miserable face to ruin your whole day, mo is one of the most pleasant guys to deal with and always goes above his expectations to meet your requirements and greets you on arrival and says have a good day/evening, and the ladies who work there are always smiling and happy to help and have a chat, there’s only one fellow that doesn’t seem to smile at all in the 4 years I’ve seen him working there and even serving you on the till it’s almost like you feel you shouldn’t be there, if your going to work in this sector as I have myself before then you must know your number one priority is customer service overall, maybe a gentle reminder from his manager will suffice

   Lovely store with pleasant staff. It’s never usually too busy and there’s often someone nearby if you need something you can’t find. The clock and collect for Argos is fast and reliable they don’t keep you waiting long. That alone would be 5 stars, unfortunately most of the time the things I require they either don’t sell or don’t have in stock. This has been the same since 2016 so it is not due to lockdown or covid.

   Nice little store for your convenience shopping. Visited here today to pickup a PS4 game ordered at Argos online but closest in-stock pickup was here. Collection was nice and easy without any complicated process of ID/payment verifications, simply told a member of the staff the order number and she brought it out in no time.
