    Very disappointed with the service at Morrisons horsforth today. I was waiting to buy a meal deal after purchasing my shopping and there was only 1 person serving and around 4 people waiting to be served. The women on the till then decided to have a conversation with a customer she clearly knew when she could see that me and another lady have been waiting for at least 10 minutes. I think more than 1 person should be serving at this till and it would of been nice if the lady on the till actually acknowledged the people waiting.

    Honestly, this Morrisons is a bit of a letdown. It’s rarely stocked properly, which is especially bad on a Saturday as you'd think they target that being their busiest day. The salad section always looks rough, and a couple of times I’ve picked up iceberg lettuce that was crawling with black fly or something. Just not great really

    It really is an awful shop compared to other Morrisions and supermarkets. Staff dont seem to know how to deal with problems, promotional offers often dont work, security barriers dont open, looks dirty and big pallets on the shop floor in the way blocking things. Suspect most staff dont give two ..... the good staff when they start, dont stay long! Sort it out HQ, it's a embarrassment to your other stores and the Morrisons brand!

    This particular store in Hosforth is getting worse day by day. Most staff are rude, don't want to be bothered and with horrible attitude, especially towards non-locals.

    Absolute disgrace of a store. The self service checkouts are a joke .many many time you have to wait 10+ mins for someone to show up and then you are greeted by snotty comments. No stock at all even though all the local shops have the "none available" stocks and just a couple of miles away asda at holt park have no shortages at all . Many years I have shopped here but no more . Morrisons management hang your heads in shame !

    Staff very friendly in cafe.find only about two staff that are friendly others havent got the time a day on the tills northing like the marks and spencer staff they are all lovely staff

    If you compare it to the Morrisons at Kirkstall, it really doesn't have much going for it except the café and a small TU clothing section. Usually well stocked and staff, although a bit slow on the tills, are friendly.

    Absolutely dreadful customer service in store. No one at the so called customer service desk. Staff ( with the exception of a few) ignorant and rude. The security guard was more helpful than the floor staff who ironically all wear jackets saying "Love to help"

    Most of the staff are very helpful & friendly. Unfortunately Horsforth Morrison's is quite a small store so they don't stock as many items as a big store would but they do have a the essentials. It has a relatively large car park (I've never seen it full). They have plenty of Disabled bays plus parent & child parking too. A lot of good offers on frequently & you can collect Match & More points. Closing times 9pm most days.
