Security guard excellent, elderly woman on checkout rude and dismissive. She’s the opposite of helpful and if you scroll down you’ll see many comments regarding her rudeness.
My partner and I love visiting this Tesco, especially for our Sunday evening snacks - it’s great to have somewhere open until 10pm when other places have closed. The team here are fantastic - always so friendly, welcoming, and up for a quick chat, which really makes a difference. It’s such a nice atmosphere, and we always enjoy coming in. We really appreciate the effort your team puts into making customers feel valued. Thank you for being such a lovely store to visit!
Removed about half of their vegan/vegetarian range, so I can't get stuff for tea on the way home any more. You guys know that about 10% of the UK is veggie, and it's on a rapid upward trend? What are you even doing?
On more than one occasion now items have been priced differently than what they scan at. Today I let a member of staff scanning my items know that my starburst were £1.25 and not £1.45 to which the lady on the till then rudely said that’s the clubcard price. When I pointed out that it was the normal price her attitude changed and her tone became rather aggressive. After checking the price I heard her mutter something to herself that I couldn’t hear properly and after reducing the item she slammed my change onto the counter. Unfortunately when other shops in the area are closed this is the only place to go for certain items otherwise I wouldn’t return. The customer service was absolutely abysmal and all due to the fact I pointed out an item was priced wrong.

Never any fresh donuts always hard n sweaty in bag nasty. Rude staff. Polite security guard. More expensive than any other tesco express which is odd.
Shocked by the price increases peri chicken was £3.50 now £4.25 , another food item was 50p more, milk has increased to £1.05 for 2 pints... They have recently stopped doing my favourite rocky road sundae and replaced it with their much smaller version a toffee dessert
Shocking lack of customer care from staff member, who was moaning about having to staff the checkout...not the first bad experience in this store either. Never seems to be anyone in charge either. Shambles of a store!!!
Been shopping here for 6 years I am lucky enough to live nearby. The old crew is the best and kind. Roger, Sarah,Donna are incredible as all of the other people who work there. It isn't to do your weekly shopping as it is pricey but good for a few bits and when you run out of something. Keep up the good work guys
