   Absolutely the worst place to order pizza from, I’ve never seen such Uncourteous behaviour from a store. Waited over an hour for my pizza and when calling they will keep saying the driver is on the way. When speaking to the manager on the phone he was not bothered at all then he puts the phone down on me.

   Ordered twice within a week and twice theirs been a screw up. Mostly around the Milkshakes which cost £5. First one that we ordered was an Oreo, and came a kinder bueno one which my partner is allergic to every type of nut! Luckily it had a kinder sticker on the cup, but was very disappointed. 2nd time round ordered a Oreo hoping to get it right, and this time they forgot to add it to the order so food arrived with no drink! The poor driver has had to go back to get it and come back. Lovely driver.

   Update since previous review (now ive tried more of the menu i can assure you the amazing meal i had last time was not a one-off and this really is a 5 star takeaway) Pizza gogo was and is still the best place to order pizza from in Basildon. This time, I tried the thin base, which was incredible. Thankfully (unlike other pizza places near by) they are plenty generous with toppings. See the picture below for this. Like before, they continue to have very good value deals - normally, i can't warrant ordering pizza just for myself, but with their deals, I can. Great service as per usual, including very quick and polite delivery. All the food is hot and amazing! Thank you!

   Lost my custom. Pizza was burnt tasted funny and olives gone bad. Rang up basically rude and wasn’t having any of it. Avoid my child was also sick. Pizza tasted like cardboard ..olives actually had mold on them too. Will be taking this further . Also was told the olives was fresh today and had only been opened coincidence really …. Was so rude

   Hello dear readers of this review. I have had an extremely traumatic mind boggling and gear grinding experience. I asked the staff if my son could use there toilet, which they replied, you must but something on the menu to use the toilet. As I entered the toilet, I realised the toilet cost £1 to use the toilet. I reluctantly paid my fee and left my son to do his business.I was then waiting for 30 minutes, and there was no trace of my son still being in the lavatory, I proceeded to investigate the situation of fear of my beloved son being kidnapped. I barged open the door and it appeared my had disintegrated into this air due to the disgusting odor of the diarrhoea smeared On the walls in the shape of a rectangle. I shalnt be recommending this place to anyone or anybody. Yours sincerely Peter file

   Food was over 3 hours late on delivery and they wont give me a refund because they marked it as out for delivery on Uber when it wasn’t even near being in the oven

   Alright, after coming here today and getting a pizza after years of coming here. I decided I'm gonna be honest. The food is great, don't get me wrong, theyve never messed up an order of mine. But the staff are absolutely horrible. Not to me, or the customers. But they let kids in the kitchen. I have seen a staff member jokingly pick up the child and dangle him near the oven. Which is not only dangerous but unsanitary. They joke about more then focus on making the food, they swear and shout and it's overall an uncomfortable atmosphere. Today I saw the manager I think It was, hit a staff member. I thought it was a joke but soon realised the guy was actually annoyed. They don't wear any gloves or other hygienic hear either. The staff always look so depressed too. Not that that's a problem, I just feel like they are mistreated.

   The manger/owner is very friendly and very helpful. Pizza are great and they have a excellent deal of any large pizza fie £9.99 collection only. Well worth it.

   I like the quality of the pizza here. I like the meal deals however had to have cans confiscated as in a secure hospital. However they are value for money. Sometimes they send the wrong type of coke (my carer asked for diet coke and I got normal coke instead)
