   I come quite frequently and couldn’t help but appreciate and write a review about the store: Amazing store honestly and here’s why: • They have amazing stock on various things from drinks to snacks to alcohol • The shopkeeper is so nice,, they seem to be trying their absolute best to be kind and considerate. • They keep everything extremely neat making a clean sleek design • They keep the floors so clean too I don’t honestly see what could be wrong!

   A few weeks ago, I've gone in to drop my parcel, only to be told they don't take large parcels, my parcel wasn't really too big. Today my parcel was delivered here and after checking the times online, which said open 08.00 - 21.00, I got there at 20.10 only to be told that's they're closed and the times shown online are incorrect. On both occasions, it's the same miserable assistant (a south indian man) who Is very rude and not helpful at all. I'm not sure if he's the owner or just an employee. They should advertise the correct times online so people don't have to face these problems. In future I will no longer walk in to this shop as there behaviour is appalling.

   I have been using this place for my parcels. I’ve had a parcel delivered here which they’ve been unable to locate. The man was extremely unhelpful and spoke to me really rudely when I kindly asked if they minded double checking. He refused and asked me to leave in front of a line of people. This was hurtful and unnecessary and I would never speak to someone in this way.

   If I could rate 0 I would. Lost my parcel that clearly says it’s been delivered there and for me to collect… yet Its my fault they can’t find it. Have nothing but attitude when he realised he couldn’t find it. Store worker was as much use as chocolate teapot in trying to help sort issue !!!!

   Horrible obnoxious little man behind the counter! Reported him to Hermes and Amazon for his unbelievably bad customer service! Will never set foot in that shop again, would rather travel miles to find a shop whose staff have manners and customer service experience.

   Liar of a man told me Hermes wouldn't collect the parcel I was dropping off there saying it had to be under 5KG, don't even bother with the place.
