   Why do all the signs say open till 11pm when they shut at 10pm. All I wanted to do was buy something for my tea after working after a late shift but no, it was closed!!!! But nobody thinks to change the signs for normal people. I would give it less than 1 star for the poor advertising of opening hours and again it is closed at 10;30 on the 3 of jan 2015 even though the sign says 11pm?????

   Just been in coop my every day shop all staff are lovely apart from bev just had an altercation with her claimed she's the manager I work in retail so understand how it works horrible person shouldn't even work in retail with attitude she had clearly can't do her job even customer in front she spoke to him like dirt. Avoid her to say she's a team leader she should know better.

   Co-op's have been a long standing store in most towns & villages over the years & are probably better known for being a community store rather than a supermarket. Like most convenience stores they sometimes hold post offices etc. They are reasonable on price but like most cannot compete with the big names for low prices but that does not let them fall down on quality or deals as they have great produce. The staff I have met all seem really friendly & helpful. They were always one step ahead when it came to charity/community funding & still are.

   Expensive, limited stock. Teenage kids running around shouting. Selling large Costa drinks but only have regular cups then kept the 30p difference!

   What a horrible customer service in there she was so rude the old hag . Was refused buying bin liners and sandwich bags tin foil .and talked to me like I was a low life not allowed 2 bags but sold me a shopping bag :( .What a horrible place to shop keep clear if you don't like being humiliated infront of shoppers. Though jo the other lady was actually lovely that lady has great customer service and common sense

   Decent enough shop but today the assistant at the till was yapping away to someone through her earphones and mic loudly while trying to serve me therefore not hearing what I was saying or asking her. Ive had a similar situation before too. Some of the staff are excellent though.
