Went to use Tesco Mobile, all signage and website said it opens at 10am. Gave up waiting at 10.25am as no staff turned up to open it. Surely someone at Tesco should have known the Mobile dept wasn't going to be open at the designated time so they could have put a sign up.

Very bad attitude from staff at Tesco Mobile in Stourbridge Extra branch, yesterday. I needed a pay as you go top up voucher. The section was empty and two members of staff were on. When I asked the female assistant for the voucher she said "whatever is that?" and looked at her colleague as though I was insane. After forcing himself to look up from his own phone he confirmed "it's just a top up voucher", never even acknowledged me and went back to his own phone again. The female assistant then served me. Their attitude was not good and it's not the first time I have encountered this from the mobile phone staff at this branch. I was totally ignored on a previous occasion while they served two other young customers before me who has come in after me. On that occasion I walked out. I went to Cradley Heath branch and purchased a new phone from there. I highly suggest you send your ignorant staff to Cradley Heath branch to learn some customer care training. They are lovely there to ALL their customers and are very professional and helpful to everyone REGARDLESS OF AGE. Only go the Stourbridge for anything phone related if you are under 30 with false eyelashes and botox.

Came into store on Monday 27th in morning, asked for a price check , on shelf product said £4 at till £6, after waiting 15mins I gave up, I was on self checkout and the staff were not really bothered in helping me, I said to member of staff I cannot wait any longer , she just said sorry about that, but to be honest didn’t care.

Beware if you buy anything from the chiller cabinets. Purchased a Beef Lasagne in error as opposed to a Vegatable Lasagne, due to the poor habit of mixing stock, which has exactly the same green plastic and card covering bar the title. As was a busy Sunday with other shoppers and staff with stock cages in the isle, this was missed until we were home. Attempted to exchange and was rudely informed by an older lady on the Customer Service Desk of a 20 minute fridge policy, which isn't clearly noted anywhere. She was very rude explaining this and only sheepishly apologised as an after thought when she realised there were 5 or 6 people standing behind us. The item in question had been with us around 30 minutes from store to home and back and was still very cold. Which is a bit of a joke when most of the time their chiller cabinets are broken out of order and people take stuff out of the chillers and leave around the store, which I presume they still attempt to sell, judging by the frequently manky fruit and veg sold. Overall very poor customer service. Based on today 26/10 we are unlikely to shop there again, instead returning to Sainsbury's or somewhere else. I highly recommend a customer services refresher for the older lady we had the misfortune of speaking with today or alternatively retirement!

Absolutely fuming to be asked to remove all the items from the pram neatly put there to be checked. I understand few items but ALL?! Mothers have sore backs as it is and we are doing YOUR job by scanning things we buy. I will never use self checkout again. Stressful and a complete waste of time for me while trying to shop with a toddler!

Parking can be ridiculous in this place, especially the queue to get out. Empty shelves are becoming the norm and prices are going up in every single product, like in every shop in Tesco. Not helping the family-friendly budge, Tesco.

Was served by a lovely man called David on the till today, I don't have a Clubcard as I don't do the shopping often, to save me some money he kindly asked the lady behind me if she'd like some more points, she did & I saved £30. As well as that he was an all round lovely gentleman, If you read this Tesco, please let him know. It was around 12pm 18/11/22.

All the good things at Tescos undermined by the sheer hell of a car park. Used the store last saturday then when attempted to leave the car park it must've taken around 30 to leave. Will never return or at least use the car park

I've had several encounters with aloof, disinterested staff and aggressive customers in this store – Even on late night shopping trips when the place has been relatively empty! It's truly awful and I only go if I absolutely have to.
