The ladies toilets at Sheffield Waitrose have been broken down completely for weeks and weeks. It's an absolute disgrace that a store as famous as Waitrose can't have at least one working toilet for women. It's often the mums who have to take their children to the toilets but as well as the ladies having an old tatty chair in front of the entrance to stop access, the baby change and the disabled toilets are always locked as well. I'm 73 and have a disabled badge and always need to visit the loo wherever I shop. Today I was so desperate that my husband had to check there was nobody in the men's toilets and guard the door so I could nip in there. I was very distressed by having to do that. I love Waitrose for shopping but an frightened to shop there again until things are sorted. Please think how many women a day walk to the ladies just to find the entrance blocked. I've never had a problem like this in any other supermarket anywhere. It's a really poor show and the management should be ashamed of themselves. Please sort it as soon as possible so I can once again shop at Waitrose.

Do you hate vegans? In general so much gluten free but defeating the purpose of that being vegan because of eggs and milk and butter. Also is so difficult to find the wheelchair parking!! Can’t you not make a bigger more visible signs? Please. At least you staff indoors is very knowledgeable on how to find the vegan items thar you have. I wish you had more vegan cakes that don’t try to kill diabetic people either (so much sugar).

I am a big fan of Waitrose offering free coffee as a jesture not just to their customers but to their local community. Many people like me will do some shopping here not just because it saves 3 pounds on a coffee bit because it makes you feel welcome, valued and part of a community rather than just another anonymous customer. Food is surprisingly competively priced and veg is better quality for same price as anywhere.

I love shopping at Waitrose — not just for groceries but also for the amazing selection of fresh flowers. Every time I walk in, I’m greeted by a colorful, beautifully arranged floral display that instantly brightens my mood. The flowers are always fresh, reasonably priced, and perfect for gifts or just bringing a little life into my home. Whether it’s seasonal bouquets, roses, or potted plants, I can always find something lovely. It’s just one of the many reasons this store stands out. Clean aisles, friendly staff, and fresh produce make it a top-tier grocery experience.

If it's going dark, there is no safe way to walk from street to door without your keys out, heart in mouth and hoping for the best. There is no or very poor lightning near the paths, they're not visible from car park or road and no sign of security cameras. It demonstrates a complete lack of care.

Good store in South Sheffield, easy access and parking. Good food and drink (particularly alcohol) selection and friendly staff. Have used to pick up John Lewis items for collection with no issue and easy handoff process. Groceries can be pricy so head here less often than other shops, but never have had any issue when going here!

It's very clean and big size supermarket. Although, you will find things over price at times you also would find excellent quality food. I would definitely recommend their bakery section it smells good and tasty even better. There's also a click and collect for John Lewis inside which seems to be easy and fast. They just done a brand new Café Shop but I didn't like the sitting area because there's only 4 places where you really want to sit and they were taken for long time so no point of it. Just remember to weight the veggies before going to the self-service check out if you need to.
