Horrible service saw 3 members of staff (1 was defo the manager) talking to whoever on their headsets seemed like personal conversations, took several minutes of waiting before I was served and that to being the only customer in the store. Very unprofessional and disappointing.
The store itself is good but I find the staff talking to whoever on their headsets while you are paying is very rude and unprofessional !
Quite honestly the self service here is pathetic, anytime you have to have a check no one ever has the password and you wait whilst those in a 7 deep queue get served before you. This is a frequent occurrence, the store management rarely care neither do the head office when you complain .
Good local shop with great staff. It's a shame they have higher prices than the main supermarkets

Good for its size. I've found the staff to be very helpful, the product's are good quality and the parking is good.
Shop times excellent and it stocks the food you need in an emergency, but I am using it more and more for every day shopping. Staff are pleasant and will always give a helping hand, especially to the disabled.
Good variety of items in the shop for the size. It has most of the essentials. Fresh fruit and veg stock is often low.
