The photo advertised vs what we got. £18 for the thinnest, driest chicken I’ve ever had. We used to love this place but the quality has gone down and the prices do not reflect what you get.
I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The food was excellent, but what truly stood out was the service. The manager was attentive, warm, and incredibly professional, making sure every detail was perfect. She even remembered what we usually order as we are locals. Her care and hospitality made the whole evening really enjoyable. Highly recommended!
I visited this neighborhood restaurant about a month ago and left with a negative impression of the service. But tonight, luckily, I was welcomed by Katia, who treated us wonderfully and made us feel right at home. She told us she’s the new general manager here since few weeks and I couldn’t be happier about it. We had an excellent dinner, everything was delicious, and I’ll definitely be coming back very soon! We dined at Cocotte recently and had a wonderful experience. The restaurant is spotlessly clean, elegantly designed, and exudes a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The staff were attentive, genuinely friendly, and made sure we felt taken care of throughout our visit. The food was absolutely delicious—full of flavor and beautifully presented. This place feels like a hidden gem that’s far too underrated. Outstanding value for money and a truly memorable meal!
Went for a Sunday brunch with friends. Place looked friendly and really liked how open it felt with plenty of natural light. Food was tasty and drinks were well made, though I felt food lacked a little bit of seasoning, but could be just my personal feelings on that one day we were there. The staff was super nice especially the gentleman who was funny and we really enjoyed chatting with him. The place is quite conveniently placed, with easy access from bus and Tube. Also a nice area in general to walk around after a heavy meal.
The food and wine was delicious, the service excellent and exceeded expectations. Rotisserie chicken is really tender and tasty, but I generally eat more vegetables than meat, and the menu is a dream if you are vegetarian. I have visited other Cocotte branches, but I have never felt so well taken care of as I was last night in Parsons Green. Well done and thank you
Ate here this evening. Staff are friendly. Was cold. I guess the gas prices are starting to take effect. Chicken tasted a little undercooked. And underwhelming. Chips were nice. Disagree with dry chicken and having to pay £1.50 for sauce to make it less dry. I mean ketchup should at least be free?! Anyway. Maybe it was a bad day in the kitchen... Not the worst but not amazing either.
Incredible food, service and atmosphere - a dinner to remember ! My boyfriend and I hired out the whole restaurant ( Cocotte Parsons Green ) for an evening to hold a dinner with 30 friends. Antonio (manager) and his team were absolutely fantastic and so attentive - the guests sang their praises for days on! The restaurant itself is just off Parsons Green, a great location. As this dinner was in July the doors of the restaurant were open and as guests arrived they could have drinks inside and outside. The restaurant is the perfect size for a big dinner, it’s authentic and has such a charm, family-feel. Antonio kindly allowed us to play our own music - the night was filled with laughter, eating , drinking and singing. We are local to Cocotte and often head there for their delicious rotisserie chicken, salads and chips - the food has never disappointed. Great food and wine and not overpriced. Highly, highly recommend.
Cocotte is a nice restaurant located in Parson's Green, just on the main street. The restaurant is tiny and cosy, and it is perfect to meet people and even going for some dates. Menu is really interesting. They have few dishes, but they are fantastic. Portions are a bit scarce, but ingredients are fresh and food is full of flavour. When it comes to drinks, they have a nice variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Staff is friendly and really supportive. Recommended
