   I visited this store this afternoon, whilst browsing in the freezer section i went to get a couple of Birds Eye vegetable steam fresh (pasta, rice etc). Every packet was completely defrosted, didnt even feel chilled. Clearly they have been sat out the back a long time. I told one of the staff that they need removing & discarding before someone buys them and it makes them ill. After browsing (20 mins) later, before checking out, i went back to the freezer and the stuff was still in there, they did nothing. People are gonna be ill, what else is being refrozen. I will not buy anything frozen from there again. Disgusted!

   ⭐☆☆☆☆ I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service at Morrisons Kidderminster. Drivers regularly end up waiting around two hours, which is completely unreasonable. When I approached the customer service desk for help, the staff were rude and abrupt, and unfortunately the manager’s attitude was the same. I was told, “We’re understaffed,” and then they simply walked away instead of trying to resolve the issue. Overall, the experience felt unprofessional and dismissive. Really poor customer service, and I hope they seriously look into improving how they treat people.

   Dear I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention several concerns regarding the service at your store. Firstly, as a delivery driver, I’ve experienced unprofessional behavior, including wait times of up to 50 minutes for deliveries and discourteous communication from the staff. On multiple occasions, I requested to speak with a manager, but the response was rude and dismissive. Secondly, the email address provided for the store manager in a previous communication last June was incorrect, causing some confusion. Lastly, I’d like to mention an incident with order number 271, where I had to wait 50 minutes for a single item of cat food. If these issues are not addressed, we, as delivery drivers, may need to escalate this matter further. Thank you for your attention to these concerns.

   Used cafe regularly in the past with no problem, today waited over 1 hour for food ended up requesting a refund and leaving hungry, they appear more interested in Just Eat orders. Very disappointing from a major supermarket chain.

   Getting so expensive compared to other supermarkets won't be rushing back. Went in cafe almost empty told 20 min wait for food as there was only "one person out the back doing the food"! Only saw 3 members of staff in total in the cafe not fair on them in a cafe of that size! They all looked totally fed up and I can understand why!

   Very good choice of food, drink and household items. Need to watch special offers, e.g. Beer on offer at 4 bottles for price of 3. However beer was price at £2.00 per bottle which is priced at £1.65 at other supermarkets, you still gain but not so much as you believe
