   Visited Iceland on Tuesday 10th June and needed some help locating an item. I found a member of staff stocking up one of the freezers who I approached with an "excuse me". I had to repeat this again despite being next to her. She eventually replied with "YES" rather sharply without feeling the need to turn and face me . When I didn't say anything she then proceeded to say. I can hear you! Clearly the staff don't feel the need to talk to a customer by turning round and facing/engaging with them or they haven't had the relevant training although it seems only good manners regardless to face someone whilst being spoken to. I hope this feedback helps to give customers a better experience when needing help.

   I had a slight issue with my home delivery today, called the store and spoke to James, who could not have been more helpful and friendly in resolving this for me. Having used Tesco's, Sainsbury's and Asda home delivery previously, Iceland is head and shoulders above them all. Thank you Iceland and James.

   Clean store friendly and helpful staff . Prices do seem to have gone up each visit though .I'm on a very low budget so I really do make a note of the prices . John on the til informed me it was seniors day when I shopped so I received a discount a welcomed surprise .I do like this store wide aisles for my scooter and staff who genuine don't mind helping me reach things .
