   Super rude cashier. I grabbed a few items before finally the staff member came to the till, she then proceeded to cough a lung up on my items and I was told I wasn't able to get a scratchcard despite valid ID because it was 'my fault' I looked too young and then gave dirty looks. Shame. Wouldn't recommend

   Since the refurb, choices are poor. Everything is branded so it's ridiculously expensive. Very little own brand products. Staff are still lovely but due to the costs I'd rather go to Lidl or Sainsbury's Local.

   Had a nightmare with Evri parcel delivery losing my parcel (will not be using again!) thankfully Carly the store manager found my parcel at the store and was a pleasure to deal with. Kudos Carly shame on you Evri!

   Normally I love going into this store as the staff are really lovely & friendly & it's on my doorstep. However this morning I popped in & found that there are cages barricading some of the aisles & you have to call for assistance, which I did, but had to call a few times & as I walked away I realised I needed something else from that aisle, but didn't bother calling again. Paid for the couple of items & complained to the cashier who said we have to do it for social distancing purposes, yes I'm all for that but you have got arrows & 2 metre spacing marked out on the floor, so if people can't adhere to that then they should be escorted from the store. This is something that should have been put in place at the outset instead of now. There was no staff member on the door monitoring who goes in either, surely that would have been better than stopping people from getting what they want themselves. I realised when I got home that I had the wrong item. There were other customers in the store that also found this confusing. I will be giving this store a miss until things are back to normal.

   Freshly baked bread, good quality veg, some organic, and basic and reasonably priced stock. Emphasis on British food and meat, but for the homesick German (!) yummy traditional German Christmas food. Staff friendly and pleasant. Thank you.
