Starting to think about using a different store because today's visit was the third time experiencing rude workers at check out lanes the first two times were between checkout workers talking about shoppers being ignorant and stupid and then today another two workers standing around ignoring a customer that they were checking out to instead gossip about another staff member, starting to feel like an unwelcoming shop altogether

I come here to do my food shop every week. On Thursday my 10 month old daughter had chucked her bunny comforter down the first or second isle. I asked one member of staff to check if it had been handed in but it hadn’t as it had only just been lost. So I kept searching for it up and down the isles as I couldn’t understand where it could’ve got to. But I couldn’t find it so I finished my shop and went to pay, asked the girl at the till, she couldn’t be less bothered about it if she tried. so I left and came back the next day to check it had been handed it, it’s a tiny store surely it’s been picked up and given to staff. Again the staff couldn’t be less bothered, my little girl has had this bunny since the day she was born and hasn’t had it out of her hands in months. I expected them to get another member of staff (not on tills) to check for me but she just looked in her till station and said no I’ve not got it. Looked at me blankly and just expected me to walk away. I don’t think I’ll be coming back here as the sheer lack of humanity towards customers. She had done the same thing in M&S a few months ago and they went ABOVE and BEYOND to find it. And they did find it as they care about their customers whether they pop in for a croissant or do their full weekly shop there. Just really upset with this situation, and there is no contact details for me to get hold of lost property etc!!

I think their protein tiramasu and vanilla cheesecakes are lovely. We also enjoy the bakery. The tills take a little longer to get through.

Having used another popular store I have had no alternative to switch to Lidl. They have maintained low prices and great choices unlike some of its competitors. Well done Lidl.

I love shopping at Lidl but sometimes shelves are empty. Also an idea would be great for a basket till when people only have a few items to pay for. Please Lidl think about it, it would be ideal thank you
