“Fabulous one stop shop. All staff are very helpful, and pleasant. Today we want to particularly say thank you to Jaz & Shell for their help. Whilst I ran back to the car to get shopping backs, they helped my disabled husband load the conveyer belt with our shopping. And started to pack in the only back he had available. We weren't made to rush at all, just take your time they said. How wonderful not to feel pressured into moving on quickly like other stores we know. Thank you girls and all who work at Heron. X”

“Most of the staff are lovely, some are a bit funny to deal with but all round lovely people! It’s good for what you need obviously not for a big shop. Wish they had the southern fried chicken sandwich (it’s really good) otherwise a good selection on sandwiches. Security is good they especially on nights! They have new pay machines but it would probably help stopping the queue get so long if they weren’t just card only.”

“Only used the butchers here but meat pigs pudding fab and the cheese is the best ever.we are not local to here but pick stuff up when we visit our daughter or have stuff brought to us my friend and family that live local would HIGHLEY recommend”
