Customer Service non existent at Stourport Tesco I’m afraid. 2 experiences in the last week confirmed this! Never used to be like this.
Why is tesco putting the price of petrol up so much....the other other side of stourport at dunley garage is 1.33....he'll of a difference
Once again. A well laid out superstore with variety of goods at a reasonable price. Definately a SUPERstore
Not sure sure what the Stourport store is doing with it's lights, but this is the third I've been where the lighting had been turned off in sections and turned down everywhere else, can't even read product labels. Will stop using if it doesn't improve.
Always good place to shop Shelves well stocked easy parking friendly too.

Friendly helpful staff this is key to the retail business. Large variety of produce. Overall a good experience, the price's even with Clubcard are not as competitive as they could be. The Clubcard App needs to be more straightforward I've noticed they are improving the coupon complexity. However the coupons which are a cost to Tesco's and a distraction to customers are they really necessary. Simplyfie and focus on value for money would increase trade and overall customer satisfaction.
The bottleneck of the single lane car park exit during busy times is an absolute farce.
Great place. Friendly,helpful staff. Take extra bags. You WILL buy extra.....we always do.
We came to buy some fuel on Saturday & owing to some issue in town the roads were gridlocked as was Tesco car park & exit. It took us nearly 20 minutes to get out but fair play to Tesco staff though, they had at least 3 staff out directing traffic & making sure we all had our place in the queue. They were calm, polite & friendly & went a long way to keeping everyone calm.
