Lovely, clean little shop. It has a great selection of products considering its size and the staff are friendly and helpful
I was visiting Sheffield for the day and was in desperate need of the toilet whilst I was buying some snacks, I walked over to a lovely lad in the shop and I asked if they hadn't installed toilet and he apologised and said no we did not I thanked him and I went to pay just as I turned to leave the shop he caught up to me and said we don't have a toilet here however there is one down the road at..... He didn't need to do that but he did and that was very kind

Very rude cashier. Went in today around 8:15 and went to the self checkout. There were no carrier bags about so I asked the security guard by the till where abouts the bags are, he told me they were by the till but the employee behind the till needed to replenish them. To which the employee behind the till said to me, in the most sarcastic tone, 'well you have to wait, I cant do everything at once now can i' despite the fact I was patiently waiting. I feel its a very unprofessional way to speak to a customer for simply asking where I could get a carrier bag from.
Absolutely horrible experience with the door alarm going off every time someone needs to be let in. Not something I want to be hearing at this time in the morning. Hire security if you're that bothered about screening people as they walk in.
Handy for local shopping and good opening hours ( open daily from 6am to 11pm ) where you can really find everything we need in our lives, free cash machine, The National Lottery, top-up point, instore bakery, good range at the best quality of fresh vegetables, items for general household use, alcoholic beverages, wine, spirits, soft drinks and chilled goods for sale and even more than we could imagine and the staff are very friendly and helpful especially Liam ☺️
Came here to pick up my parcel and had the most unpleasant experience with lady at the counter who just loves to discipline others…
I came today at 7:10 pm and found Jack one of the staff member rude. No respect no humanity no shame. One of the first bad incident after i landed to UK. Me and my 20 months baby waited for 20 minutes to take donuts but he took them all back to warehouse. I hope you get the same taste and feeling which you gave me jack.
My visit was 20 January 2018 18:15. The store is just fine, but the staff, especially the guy watching the checkout doesn't understand what customer service is about. He was shouting at me cause I didn't understand the way the self-checkout worked. Instead of shouting he could just came up to me and ask if I need any help. If I was the store manager I wouldn't hire this guy.
