   I had a bad experience with one of Tesco staff today.he was so uncultured I got few groceries and some drinks and he said i looked underage that he needed an Id, I drove back home to get my license came back and showed him , then he said he needed two ID CARD. I said i was the one doing and paying for the shopping why do you need two Id card to confirm my age for me to do my shopping. I knew he was telling lies no policy states that.

   Went to the self service til and pressed the button on the monitor to have a tag removed from an item. The staff member told me I have to pay first. So why is there an option to request it before hand? When I asked him he went 'oh my god'. Threw his hands up and ran off. When I asked him back after I'd paid and said because he's asked me to do something out of step of the process advised by the till, that I've been racially profiled, he did it again. No name tag, so no accountability. If he's following the legitimate process it shouldn't be a big deal to explain it when questioned. It shouldn't be a conversation he literally runs away from. Stand by your actions and answer for yourself. After I went through the security gate the alarm still went off so I went to the security guard - he said it should have been removed at the til. I came to buy some supplies not to be profiled, not for a cortisol spike. I won't be coming again. Farage heights

   For the second time in 2 days this store opened late, yesterday only 5 mins or so which I appreciate. However, this morning it was almost 15 mins, if trading is advertised as starting at 6.00 am then something needs addressing. Customers who had patiently waited began making their way back to their vehicles in order to leave. On both occasions there wasn't any acknowledgement by the staff members who eventually appeared and let the customers in, neither a smile/a good morning/or an apology. This is at best terrible PR for the store and I hope that things improve in the run up to the holidays or custom will inevitably be lost.

   I really enjoy shopping at Tesco – the store is always clean, well-organized, and spacious, which makes the whole experience very comfortable. One of the best things is the large parking area, which means I never have trouble finding a spot, even during busy hours. The staff is friendly and helpful, and there’s always a wide selection of fresh products and daily essentials. Highly recommend for a stress-free shopping trip!

   Large supermarket spread over two floors, with groceries, fresh and frozen foods on the first and clothing upstairs. Generous parking space on the ground floor and a petrol station to one side. Clean, bright and airy building in which to satisfy your shopping needs.

   Please pass on my thanks to the young gent on the self service checkout who helped me this morning. Whilst suffering a really bad diabetic attack I managed to make it to your store and couldn’t see as my sugar was low. He helped me get some lucozade and sat me down to recover. Quick acting, quick thinking and saved me from potentially a life threatening situation.

   Massive all-in-one stop shop for everyone. Everything you want is available unless they run out of stock and it is spacious enough for all and sundry to go about their businesses. Talk about space for car park, that's also massive so don't you worry about where to park.

   There must be 10+ staff picking online orders with just 5 tills open all with a que of 5+ trolleys waiting. I'd advise ordering online paying the same for the products and avoiding the extensive wait to be served
