   They never answer phone. Majority of staff are nice. But one member of staff is very rude and not very helpful. And I’ve complained to management. Always serving customers. Not a nice person. And other customers have complained about the same members of staff

   Everytime I go I feel racially discrimination , I feel its not right place where its located. People and staff keep looking in a bad looks. London is 100% better I would suggest bit expensive but I'll be safe rather then feeling unsafe.

   Awful and has got worse over the past 12 months. Evri machine rarely works, service is agonisingly slow. Sometimes there’s bakery items, other times not. Freezers rarely have items. I try and avoid it at all costs, as it’s a pretty depressing experience.

   Evri shipping service is 9/10 down or not working. Staff don’t seem interested or want to bother to want to fix it (it was down for a week, I went to use it and all it required was the press of a button to get it to work). The shop itself is more expensive than other Tescos and the selection of food is not very good.

   Very handy Tesco express ample parking disabled parking also well stocked shop selling quiet a few offers found in larger stores not a great selection of flowers but most basic things are available and nice and fresh situated on busy abbeydale road but a little slip road takes you to carpark very handy staff friendly and helpful will call again definitely great opening times 7am to 11 pm

   At first it seemed to be a normal day but when I met one of the employees, an old lady with long grey hair the day became awful. She doesn't like her job at all, she always comes into work with a bad mood. I presume she doesn't know how to behave with customer.

   I just want to say how wonderful the staff from tesco was today. A lady fell over after slipping on the shop floor. I asked her if she was ok, she confirmed that she was fine but then burst into tears, clearly she was upset. The staff checked if she hurt herself and then they helped her with doing her shopping and made sure she was ok. They carried her shopping to the car for her. Well done! 1/11/2021 afternoon shift.

   Although I live nearby other shops I still have to come here once or twice a week for a quick chat and a laugh with Angela! Despite what I've heard she is the sweetest person! Greetings from the Spanish lady!

   I would have liked to email the store directly but could find no way to do this. This is the third time I’ve been to the store recently when staff have not been wearing their masks properly. The last time one staff member was talking animatedly for at least 10 minutes without mask. I think a culture has been allowed to develop there that permits this. Look to the manager!. I won’t be going again. I live locally and have heard many reports of this happening. It will be the Sainsbury’s local up the road from now on where they are much more responsible. Staff are generally friendly and helpful though. Just friendly without a mask!
