some staff on the tills are not nice and make you so uncomfortable they got so much arrogance in them yeah i know she was young but she had no customer service skills at all. I was not even done putting my things in my bag and she started scanning next customers items. yes I was being a little slow but that is because my hands are not great. Will not be coming back there again.

Home Bargains is a great place for low-cost essentials and everyday items. The store offers a wide range of products — from household goods and toiletries to snacks and seasonal items — all at very affordable prices. It’s especially good for bargain hunters and anyone looking to stretch their budget.

Lots of bargains to be had, get them while you can. Friendly staff. I would recommend. Free parking. New stock arriving weekly. Fresh food items as well as Seasonal goods. I would recommend.

Get some bargains but not that many tbh, I've seen cheaper elsewhere. However gets downgraded due to outside seems to be a lot of litter and needs a couple of bins outside.

Good variety of stock at very reasonable prices. Lovely young lady on the checkout at Keighley branch yesterday.

Supervisor or Manager unsure what his name is. Completely and utterly arrogant and rude. Went through the checkout with two offer items at £2.80. The till registered them as £3.00 total. I brought the query up with the lady at the till, who called for a manager/management. The gentleman came down, the lady advised the situation, I then proceeded to advise the offer that was on. The manager just glare and gave me a filthy look. I advised him where abouts the offer was and so off he goes. Moments later he comes back and refuses that the offer is not on. I advised him there was and that the offer was on each shelf, he started to raise his voice and deny the offer being on. To which ignored him, turned the lady at the till I'll pay. The lady was apologetic and I advised her it wasn't her fault. To which left with manager still glaring at me. Whilst 20p doesnt make a difference these days I'd something is promoted you sell it at that promotion and you don't be arrogant or rude to your customers when you know you are wrong.

Plenty of stuff in for Christmas, bit short of some of the things they normally have all year round, but people need paxo and cranberry sauce more at this time of year. It's good value and worth a visit. (Better staff than B&M too)
