I like this store and the staff are great I just wish they wpuld up their game on the sandwiches/meal deal. Feel like its being left behind on choices that other stores stock
Saturday lunchtime 19/08/2023. No decent selection of sandwiches left. Wanted a pasta salad. Couldn't see the forks, so asked a member of staff who reluctantly came over to the sandwich fridges and told me that they had no more left, but helpfully (not) informed me that some more might be delivered later in the afternoon. As much use as a chocolate fireguard when I want salad there and then. 1 star due to poor attitude, a lack of interest in their job and total disinterest in customer service. If they had attempted to be genuinely and sincerely helpful, my review would have been better.
Extremely rude members of staff working majority of the time, can be left waiting up to 10-15 mins on the cashiers tills while there all too busy stocking up an trying to ignore you, the old bat looks like shes ready for pension next week so hopefully wont bump into tracy beakers mother again this dumping ground needs sorting out.
Very rude member of staff by the name of Tom looks like he's wrote a few books on touching kids.
Very small and hardly stock anything. Only have the essentials if that. If you are wanting a big shop go to a bigger store or visit the Morrisons, Sainsbury's nearby as well.
My daughter went there few weeks ago and the manager (tony) band her without any reason and when I called him to find out what was wrong!! he said he's got Power to ban anyone if he want and he was very rude with me over the phone and he put the phone down!!! I believe that Tesco has some kind of policy how you can ban or not but without any reason he can't band anyone its public sector and im sure this against the law, I request to the management to do the investigation and band him to work from Tesco.
For a small Tesco it stocks a good selection which also caters to International students from Asia.
