   I live nearby and visit this costa often, staff here are always nice they make my day each time. Also most importantly, they know how to make a good cup of coffee (and I'm very picky with mine).

   I went to the cafe ( Kensal rise ) and had a hot chocolate plus a sandwich. wonderful food as always. just a complaint about chairs and tables to sit at, the attendant said she couldn't go sit downstairs at 1:49 pm because she said she has to close the cafe at 3 pm. two young men who looked like her friends were sitting taking up space. I don't like sitting outside 2 reason I don't smoke and it's too cold.

   Absolutely the best coffee! Thanks to the new management Ibolya, she really knows her coffee and her customer service is the best I ever experienced. If you want the best coffee ask for her!!! You will enjoy your coffee, and the store looks so clean and tidy. What an improvement!!!

   I'm regularly order here because so close to my place.Coffe come cold and completely TASTE OF NOTHING most of the time.This is completely unacceptable to don't provide a high standard of quality coffee.its clear that they don't how set up grind and right quantity of coffee for a perfect extraction shot they simple do it random.... it's disgusting because very simple things make like impossible.....they simple don't care.My question is WHERE IS ALL THIS PEOPLE THAT WORK FOR COSTA TO CHECK A QUALITY TASTE??????My suggest is go there and you will see.

   I absolutely do not like writing bad reviews and believe in second chances but having visited here on several occasions and being treated as though I should not ask questions to several different members of staff is shocking. The customer service is below par the staff must not be taught to greet and bid farewell or even say enjoy. After my last visit I feel as though if I was said anything to upon leaving it would have diffused the situation. Never again I'll go to good old McDonald's it is a convenient drive though and the customer service blows others away
